      MKE Movers did not complete the service. They left furniture items they dismantled, at origin location, dismantled and never reassembled at destination, which they were supposed to do. They damaged several personal property items plus owners property. I paid for a quality service & a completed move, not billable hours which is all they seem to focus on. They never apologized or cared about the fact that their movers were unprofessional, damaged ********** items deliberately, verbally assaulted & threatened me. All they focus on was collecting their money, but not what they lied and misled me to believe they would provide as a full service moving company. They damaged and ruined my 75" Television, my sofa, loveseat and both of my beds. They are a horrible company and I reject their response to the fullest. They did not complete the job they were hired for.

      Princess ********* *********. I witnessed the moving crew rip & tear my **************** drop my bookcase/hutch, fail to remove the legs of the sofa & drop boxes marked, "FRAGILE GLASS, " down hard on to the floor. They lost pieces needed to reassembled my ********** left my son's bed disassembled. I called the main office to complain. The movers got upset that I called, began being even more aggressive & handling my personal property with reckless & gross negligence. When I said something to the movers for the 5th time, one of them verbally threatened & verbally assaulted me so bad to the point that I called the police. I also called the **** *********************, left him a message and he never called back. I texted him ********************** of what transpired. He read them all & ignored me. Since then he has avoided and ignored my complaints, ignored my claim forms filed/submitted & just simply refuses to correct the gross ****************************** his crew has displayed. They got their payment & want to wash their hands of me
