    I ordered in January 2022, spent hundreds and all I got in return is a couple of emails promising fulfillment, but providing disappointment. Their first email delayed me long enough to not be able to recuperate my money from credit cards and now 13 months later, I can't get in touch with them at all to get a refund.
    Nothing but fraud from InControl Medical LLC. They continued to advertise and take money like crazy whilst they were not fulfilling ANY orders and knowing they wouldn't be doing so.
    Hopefully there will be a class action suit that can recuperate all of the money they stole.

    I ordered Feb 2022. Only received on correspondence in May of 2022 from a ************************* with the email below. We just wanted to check in with you to let you know that we do still have your order and we know it has been a very long time, but we are just not having luck getting what we need! We are in the process of looking for alternatives since we have been severely let down by our current vendor who has caused us to stop production due to the inability to finish our product. We are anticipating having these alternatives in place within the next 2 weeks. As a small business this has had a huge impact on getting the product shipped out and we never expected it to be such a long wait. To those of you whom have waited patiently we THANK YOU!!! We promise you that we will get your product out as quickly as we can. We would be more than happy to return your money if you no longer wish to wait but please remember that you are in the beginning of the line and if you change your mind you will have to reorder, and the wait list is currently extremely long. **************** ****************** LLC ************************************************************************ What a horrible business! Do not order from them! You will be out your money! Phone has been disconnected. Emails sent requesting my money back!!

    I ordered an Attain device on Sept. 23, 2021 for the price of $349.00. I never received my purchase and was emailed several times with an update saying that some of the components were difficult to get so they were backordered. Eventually, after one year, the company phone number and email was disconnected. I have never received my money back. I would love to join a class action lawsuit against this company! **************

    I ordered in May 2022 for over $200. The company charged my debit card, but I never received my item. Attempts to contact the company were useless since they have disconnected their phones.

    I purchased this device back in March. I got a confirmation that they’ve received my order, but as of today, November 8, 2022 I have not received the item. I’ve made several attempts to reach out to them, to no avail. Sometimes I got a recording, I would leave a message, and never heard back from the company. Other times the phone is busy, and still other times, it rings busy! I think this is a horrible way to treat consumers! I have also tried to resolve this problem with my lender, affirm, to no avail!     Purchased the attain in October 2021....it has been a year and I have never received the product nor can I reach any customer service person to get a refund....my credit card will not help with the charge even though their investigation should have led them to this company being fraudulent ans all of the negative reviews should have solidified my case for a charge back....I'm now disappointed in my credit card provider for not doing anything to compromise with me to have a favorable conclusion to this situation

    Like many customers I ordered and paid for the device over time. Kept calling to find out when the item would ship. Continued supply chain issue’s excuse. It’s been 1 year now. No one’s refunded the full purchase price. I’d like a refund from them & the financing company, I believe the name was Affirm. What a scam

    October 14, 2022 Like everyone else I have been scammed! I placed an order (1-5-22) and the charge was put on my card the same day. Received multiple emails regarding supply issues. I tried to phone In Control Medical with no response and now the number is out of service. Also, I sent an email message on their Contact Us Section of the website. Better Business Review states that the business is permanently closed. I contacted the City of Brookfield, Wisconsin/city hall and the gentleman guided me to the Better Business Bureau for Wisconsin. He stated that on Jan. 1, 2022 In Control submitted a personal property report. So, can anyone guide us as how to legally pursue this issue? Phyllis H
