Their service was exemplary for a number of years. This year without reason they refused to service my home. The heat is out and it is November. I made repeated calls was told they'd get back to me. They did not call as they said they would. I repeated calls. Finally, they told me they would not service my heater. I'm a senior, the heat has been out for more than a week. One of the owners was rude and dismissive. I thought we had a good relationship and am shocked, dismayed and left without heat as it gets colder. This has presented quite a hardship. If there had been a reason for this refusal that could have been discussed I'd have been happy to. I asked if we could schedule a week or two in advance. I cannot in good conscience recommend them because of this behavior. I've been a customer for years and to be treated this way as winter is approaching is shocking and unacceptable. I spoke only to **** and he was not willing to provide answers, reasons or work with me. I do not know why but I will find other service that I can trust and rely on when seasons change.

I spoke with *** multiple times. I tried explaining that we were extremely busy and could not get to him anytime soon. I suggested he called another **************************** Conditioning Company that could provide ***********. He then threatened to bad mouth us on social media & local news outlets. I told him that i didn't appreciate the threat and would no longer be able to provide him with our services.
