Refund and Exchange Policy

No cash refunds. Credit card or in-store credit only. Refunds after 30 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. No refunds after 60 days. Items must be returned in new condition in original packing. Used items cannot be returned.

Training Cancellation Policy: Students can withdraw from any class up to two weeks before the training start date for a full refund, less eLearning fees. Students canceling less than two weeks before class but more than 48 hours before class will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee on any eligible refunds. No refunds will be given when a student cancels less than 48 hours before class.

Class Transfers: Students who are registered for a class may transfer from one class to another up to 14 days before the start date of the original class. Transfers made between 7 and 14 days before class are subject to a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee. Transfers made less than 7 days before class are subject to a transfer fee of 30% of the course fee.

PADI eLearning Policy: All sales of PADI eLearning are final. No refunds or returns.

Travel and Charters: No refunds on travel and charter deposits and payments.
