5 starsThis is our second remodel in less than a year with Bath Fitters. The first experience (bath tub and enclosure replacement) was so good that we just had them do a tub-to-walk in shower conversion. Both experiences and finished product(s) were excellent. The sale rep (Steve); the office staff; the plumbers; and the installers--Tom (bath tub replacement) and Jimmy (tub-to-walk in shower conversion) all were outstanding. We are 100% happy with both bathroom make-overs.Bath Fitter

He and Cyrus were together the first day and both were courteous, communicated well with us and did a great job installing and cleaning up. Tom was with Matt for finishing. Each of them expressed satisfaction with Bath Fitter as employer and worked well together. 5 starsWe had two bathrooms done by Bath Fitter seven years ago. We had some issues which needed attention. When they say their warranties are lifetime, they Medo true work.
