      Joseph was our sales person and he was patient kind and also allowed us some space. Our brand new construction home has closed and we are filling it with lots of new items. We spent $4000 on our first visit and today went back to Joseph and spent another $1000. He is our sales person and we will be returning soon!! Thank you Joseph, sincerely ********* and ******

      We couldn’t be happier with our outdoor furniture purchase from Ashley furniture. From our salesman, Tobechi-Jude, who tuned into our hands off style of shopping to the delivery guys, who were courteous, here within 7 minutes of their estimated time, and set up our furniture efficiently, we are extremely satisfied. They deserve their A+ rating. Will go there for any future furniture needs. 100%!

      The sales person was great but the rest of the people are not. From delivery to technicians. I have technicians at my house more than my family for the 2 beds I purchased. Then for one of the mattresses. The mattress is nothing like the store when testing. All you get is a run around in store and over the phone. They dont stand by their products. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing or saying. They dont document from one call to the next. HORRIBLE!! DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

      We purchased two loveseats on December 6, 2024 with a scheduled delivery date of December 20, 2024. That never happened and we were never notified and even received a delivery confirmation txt showing the route. Wasn't until I called to find out they were not delivering. Then rescheduled for 1/1/25 and indeed delivered. In late January 2025 the *** stopped working. Contacted ****** and they sent a tech out and they had not power. They ordered the replacement part but it was not available so they completely replaced the one loveseat. Shortly after that the *** in both loveseats stopped working. Tech arrived again and order the parts. He came and installed the new parts and within 24 hours one of the *** stopped working again. Since this I have received nothing but the run around from Ashley customer service and even the Sales Lead at the store directly. Worse customer service ever. To date the issue has yet to be resolved and they have said they expidited this for a resolution but nothing has been resolved. Steer clear of their furniture that has power and in general the *** if you want it to work and the convience of charging your phone, laptop or tablet. Better off purchasing manual recline furniture.

      My salesman was great, gave us space and answered all of our questions. We had our eyes on a cali king bed frame on the website. We went to the show room to look at it and it wasn’t what we expected. The salesman gave us a no pressure feeling to meander around and we found one that fits our budget. All said and done the bed is in our room and we really like it. There are a few things about the quality of the storage drawers one doesn’t fit like it should. It scrapes the bottom part of the bed to the point we have to slightly lift the drawer up to seat it all the way in. It was also delivered with a small defect on the foot board. Looks to be from wear during transport.

      I Unfortunately and Unwillingly have to give them a 1 star but even zero stars will not rectify the severity of this issue.
      Ashley furniture as a whole is definitely the wrong furniture anyone should be buying or trying to buy. My experience has been nothing but hassle. Returns, replaced, original sale was over charged by $1000.00. I have spoke to countless nobody's, countless call center individuals that speak extremely broken English (but we as Americans need to
      have sympathy) that can't transfer you to management nor corporate because there's no such thing as well as NOT fulfilling my call. Anything to get me off the phone. Anyway...long story short..DO NOT BUY ANY BEDS...their dimensions are off by 3 inches all the way around, agreed to by their reps and store manager, over charged from get go and then told a certain amount of dollars was being refunded that never happened as well as my furniture I bought at the same time has motor issues as well as one of the recliners back piece doesn't sit properly. They're ready for the sale but will not assist you any further. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE/STORE!! This matter is not done being handled as I am and will take this VERY publicly as well as they WILL be speaking g to my attorney. I would go through ****** before I purchased Anything from Ashley EVER again!! I will also be sure ALL of my social media platforms, friends & family know about this.
      Maybe Ashley will wise up and respond to this BEFORE it gets any worse and I'm already on it....

      My sales person Bob ******* was wonderful, he took time with me to find what I needed and to understand everything about my financing.. I kept switching which furniture I wanted to buy for my bedroom set and he was patient with me and helped me through the whole process. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a furniture store.

      Poor quality. Bought a kitchen table and there is a large gap in the middle when the extension is in. Extension is not the correct size.
