    Horrible customer service. I received the 2 nightstands I ordered. Both were completely damaged and scratched, even the interior of the drawer was damaged - it almost appeared like mold had grown on the inside of the drawer. I immediately contacted the company, provided photos of the items and the boxes. In response I was told I'd have to wait 3-5 business days for a specialist to review the case and respond. Unacceptable! I now have damaged furniture and large boxes taking up a huge area of my house, no furniture for my daughter's room and no idea 1. when I can get rid of the damaged products and 2. if/when I will receive undamaged products that I paid several hundred dollars for. Additionally, I ordered directly from Ashley believing it would be best to order from the manufacturer as opposed to a 3rd party seller. The agent told me that in fact the items I ordered are not Ashley products, but are made by a 3rd party. This was not communicated at any point in the purchase process and is deceptive. Never again will I make a purchase from Ashley, and I strongly advise anyone else not to as well.

    ****** ** Store 7/16/25 11:05am Literally the worst place i've ever dealt with, called to change my payment method and the girl who i spoke with had some attitude, the call went well she was to put me through to central so i could adjust things, she clicked the phone over and hung up, I called back asked to be transferred no problem but i heard the number being dialed i said oh bro, she gets back on the phone and says who are you calling bro you nasty *****! I called back now the supposed manger answers and said that i called her a ***** *** ***, first off i'm a professional and i follow Christ, if saying the word bro constitutes that type of anger i suggest they follow Christ also, Ive already called to get the recorded call and i hope they both lose their job meanwhile i'm going to a competitor.

    I was supposed to have a delivery today between 8:15 am-11:15 am and no one ever showed up or reached out to me. I called and talked to ******** in the escalation department. She was not helpful at all and pretty much told me I have to wait up to 7 days for an answer and we can schedule a new delivery date as my product was damaged. It sound like she was giggling and I even asked what was so funny. I told her I wanted to talk to someone else and she said she is the highest there is. This whole situation is extremely unprofessional and she seem to care less

    This company has incredible distribution and delivery issues. I ordered furniture in May and was sent a June 18th delivery date. On June 18th, I called to find out more information about the delivery only to be told that the furniture hadn't even shipped to my closest distribution center. Then I was given a July 9th delivery date, but on the date I was told that the furniture couldn't be delivered because a low-clearance bridge even though there were alternative routes without any bridges. The delivery was rescheduled for July 15th, so I made plans to be at home all day again to receive the delivery. When I called at 8am, I was told the delivery would be made during the day and that I would get an update soon. At lunchtime I still hadn't heard anything, so I called the distribution center for 4 hours before I reached anyone. At that point, I was told that the delivery driver called out sick that morning, yet no one let me know. So I'll now be sitting home for a fourth day waiting for furniture I ordered 2 months ago. The lack of communication between different departments of this company is outrageous. At one point, I even wondered if I'd been scammed and if I'd actually ordered furniture from a fake website. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be using it in the future.

    I bought a brand new couch and they sent me a broken repaired couch They said I should have caught it and refused it at time of delivery. Once I called in they sent at repair kit and said someone would be in touch No one called had to reach back out and they set up a repair day. I personally think they should have never ever sent a used broken and repaired couch in the first place. Last time I will shop here

    Buyer Beware: Our Ashley Furniture Chest Was Infested with *********** Beetles!We purchased a full bedroom suite from Ashley Furniture in Mesquite. Ten months later, we discovered the chest of drawers was infested with *********** Beetlestiny insects that lie dormant in humid wood, then hatch and ****** through furniture, destroying it from the inside out. You cant detect them at purchase. But once they emerge, the damage is extensive, irreversible, and wont stop until theyre eradicated. Even worse, they can spread to other wooden items in your home.We sent Ashley a demand letter requesting a refund for the chest, its sales tax, and a fair portion of the delivery fee. We even offered to arrange pickup of the infested piece. That letter included our sales order and was sent certified mail, so we know it was received.We never heard a word back. No call. No letter. No acknowledgment. Nothing.These bugs arent exclusive to the ********, ** store. A quick online search shows similar complaints tied to Ashley locations across the country. Sadly, this seems to be a recurring issueand one they appear indifferent about.Bottom line: Ill never purchase from Ashley again. Not just because they sold me bug-infested furniture, but because they refused to respond at all. Just terrible, all the way **********'ve been warned.P.S. My wife said I did not convey how disgusting these bugs were. I'm not sure how to do that. Just know, we were all grossed out.P.S.S. If you're in the DFW Metroplex and dealing with *********** Beetles, Urban Tree Merchants in ********* can handle it.     Our experience started okay, but quickly turned into a complete nightmare. We were in ***** for work (we live in ******) and called the ********* Ashley store to buy a loveseat to match our couch. The website listed it at $479, but the salesman, Cadeyn, quoted $749. When we pushed back, he “double-checked” and agreed to honor the online price. Great — or so we thought.
    We confirmed multiple times that it was the correct model and color. We even saw it on their screen. Drove over, picked it up at the distribution center, and headed home. After a long drive, we unloaded it only to find out — surprise — they gave us the WRONG COLOR.
    Despite confirming FOUR times, no one took responsibility. The store told us to deal with corporate, and that’s when the circus started. For the past 2.5 months, we’ve been bounced around, ignored, and blatantly disrespected. We’ve talked to at least five different reps, explained the situation repeatedly, and gotten nowhere. They keep telling us to pick up a replacement seven hours away, even though Ashley delivers right to our town!
    Calling the ********* store is useless. No one answers. No one calls back. “Manager Marcus” is never available, and even after leaving messages — crickets. At this point, we’ll probably have to sell the loveseat at a loss because Ashley refuses to make it right.
    If you’re from out of town, do NOT trust this store. Once they’ve got your money, you’re on your own. The lack of accountability and basic customer service is absolutely pathetic.
    And yes, Ashley — if you’re reading this, I have every call recorded, and my next step is reporting you to ***** Consumer Affairs.

    I have had an awful experience with my furniture order. Ordered a 3-piece couch, loveseat, and recliner / rocker set. 1 Day before my delivery they cancelled the chair as it was "sold out" and I was ok with this (only notified by email, no call). However, the day of delivery as they brought in the Couch and Loveseat the delivery team scratched the loveseat so bad on my door frame that I refused it per the delivery team recommendation, and they stated someone would call me within 5 minutes of delivery to go over getting a new one. I received a call from them, and they assured me that I would be getting a new Loveseat and would hear from then within 24-48 hours to confirm a new delivery date. Zero calls, zero email communication at all. I have called customer service 3 times and keep getting the runaround about when it will be delivered. Finally, today when I called, they tell me the Loveseat is now out of stock and now I am stuck with just the couch AND my entire 3-piece order is still pending on my credit card and not falling off in addition to them charging me separately for the single couch. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had. I wanted a complete set for my living room and now I am forced to purchase additional furniture to hopefully compliment what I now have.

    Worst return process Ive ever dealt with. You cant just go online and start a return. This was my experience:1. First two reps said they couldnt access my account. Third rep hung up on me after being on hold forever. Fourth rep was able to help me & was very polite. 2. You have to wait for an email to be sent to you so you can send pics of the item before they will start a refund. 3. You must send back in original shipping box. Mine was just a small blanket & shipping box was at least four times the size of the blanket.4. You have to pay return shipping.5. You must go through *****. You cannot use ***** online to purchase a label. You must purchase the label in person.6. A specific ****** an HOUR away from me. I cant use any of the many ***** locations around me. Only the one they designate.7. After you do ALL of that you have to email them back with the tracking number. Online return process is complicated, time consuming, and expensive. Most representatives were not helpful and didnt seem to care.

    If I could give them a zero I would. We purchased a power lift recliner on line due to fact they didn't have instore display. Paid extra for delivery and assembly (delivered on May 27th). End of long frustrating story I found out delivery crew had mishandled chair, arm frame was broken and a motor was burned out. Was told I'd get a new chair. Girl tells me it would be June 30th before new chair would arrive. I asked if another color was available, no I had to stay with same color. Asked about a refund, was told only in store credit. How am I expected to have my 94 year old mother to live without the comfort of anew chair....NEVER AGAIN will i purchase another item from ashley furniture they are frauds and thieves

    My issue with Ashley Furniture has still not been resolved, all I get are lies and broken promises.
