I have used ****** Organics lotion products for years. The lotions are thick and excellent quality. As soon as I opened the first bottle purchased from Natural Healthy Products, I saw the lotion was not ****** quality and had obviously been tampered with. Instead of the extra thick texture ****** products always are, each of the six bottles had been significantly watered down. I could actually hear the lotion slosh around when I shook the bottles. ****** lotion is so thick a person cant shake it.Pulling something like this is dishonest and ultimately a bad business practice. This complaint calls Naturally Healthy Concepts out for dishonestly compromising the quality of products, betraying customer trust, and conducting unethical business practices.The four pictures illustrate the difference between Aubreys thick lotion on left and ***s diluted Aubreys lotion on the right. As I was trying to shoot the inside of both bottles, the *** lotion literally ran out of the bottle.Business response

I am sorry you have received bottles that are different. Thank you for the pictures. I've not personally used this product so I cannot speak to how thick it normally is vs this batch. What I can do is garauntee no one at NHC tampered with these bottles. Having said that I am happy to work with you on a refund or replacement here. I'm also goign to reach out to ****** Organics and share your pictures with them and get their thoughts. Thank you for providing those as they will be helpful.
In your desired resolution you asked that we discontinue something that we are not doing. But I would like to make sure you either get your money back or get what you paid for. If you'll please reach out to me at *************** I'd be happy to make sure one of those two things happen. If it isn't too much trouble would you be able to provide me the lot number from those bottles? When I reach out to ****** they will ask.

I had placed an order a week or two before with no problems. Next thing I know theres a charge on my account for another order of the exact same thing but full price. I tried contacting customer service as soon as the charge on my accountno response. I contacted them again when it said it was pending shipment no response. I tried contacting them again when it said it was shippedno response. Now its at my door and I still cant get a hold of customer service. My bank will do nothing because the card was saved on file.Business response

Thank you for contacting us. Here is an outlind explanation of the last three orders placed with us.
-Back on April 17, 2021 order SO-NHC01346291 was placed direct to the website. At the time of the order an auto shipment for 120 days was added. 120 days from April 17 is August 15, which was a Sunday so the renewal took place August 14 (item three on this list)
-On August 5, 2021 order SO-NHC01471025 was placed direct to the website. On this order an auto shipment for 60 days was added to the order. This was set to renew October 4, 2021.
-On August 14, 2021 order SO-NHC01480996 was automatically charged and shipped as was directed by the April 17 order. This is the order in question.
We have received one email from you titled "REFUND!!!" dated August 17, 2021 at 7:08am. This was responded to at 10:54am on August 17. (original email and reponse attached) We would be happy to offer a refund here. Typically we request the product back before refunding but I am processing your refund right now. If you wouldn't mind writing "refused" on the package and placing it back in your mailbox it will get returned to us.
The system also shows that on August 14, 2021 at 9:27am both auto shipments were turned off. At this time nothing further is scheduled to automatically ship on your account.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Although they did get several emails from me because after I heard from **** the head guy I got individual responses from customer service to each email I sentBut I did get my refund and thats all I care about.Regards,
