      On 11/04/2023 i contacted "Destin Vacat" to book a 3 bedroom condo at ************** in the ***************** in *************** for the weekend of Feb ***** of 2024. I paid her $700 via using Apple Pay via ***** and provided all the requested information for the booking. The phone # used by Destin Vacat was ************ and i was told i would receive a confirmation email the following day. Over the course of the next few months i continued to follow up re the confirmation email and our conversation was on ******** messenger between the profiles "Destin Vacat" and "Dani Deals", an email **************************************************** and the texts and unanswered calls between the phone # listed above. Ultimately the date of my stay came and went with no confirmation. I called the resort directly and was told i did not have a reservation. Destin Vacat assured me i would receive a refund if i had a ****** account, which i did not have. i set up a new ****** account and provided the information to them. Refund was never sent, credit was not offered and they cut off all communication with me. I tried to dispute the charge with my bank but since it was a zelle it is "same as cash" so the dispute was declined.

      In April of 2024, I paid Kate Deals $600 via Cash App for a 2 bedroom at the Wilderness the first weekend in November 2024. End of October, I was notified that all units would be refunded by Nov 15, 2024. Between November and December I received small payments towards my refund. Totalling $400. I still have a balance owed of $200 which she said would be refunded in December. I've tried to follow up multiple times with zero response (as shown in the screen shots attached).

      Attended 30 minute presentation. Per advertisement, no purchase necessary for 4 day 3 night accommodations plus the $250 airfare voucher for attending same day. Supposed to be received via email in ***** hours. Have not received and follow up email was never responded to.

      On August 9, 2024 I made a hotel reservation at the Wilderness through Kate Deals/********************* Deals for December *****, 2024. I was told by Kate Deals that I could not use a credit card because they are owner condos so you pay them directly. So a venmoed ****** to Colleen Wogernese *********. On 10/21/2024 I saw/read a news article on Fox 6 that this Colleen Wogernese ********* was just found guilty of Theft and False Representation. I then contacted the Wilderness and they stated that I did not have a reservation. At that point I emailed Kate Deals and told her I wanted my money back because I did not have a reservation at the Wilderness. She states that my name goes on a list 15 days prior to the reservation date per the signed agreement. I emailed her back and stated that per the signed agreement I had a reservation at the Wilderness which I clearly did not. When this Colleen was in court she stated that she was remorseful for what she did and wouldn't do it again. Come to find out she and her husband were continuing to scam money from people the whole time and she did not quit scamming people like she told the court, she just changed the name she was doing it under. I feel stupid for falling for this but know someone who used her site before and had no problems. She apparently was one of the few lucky one. I am asking first and foremost a refund of ****** and then all of her business under the various names get shut down.

      I booked a room with her for March 2024 and I paid in full. The day I was leaving for that vacation she messaged and said the condo wasn't available and she would refund me. I have attached messages as well as proof of payment. I have still not gotten a refund from her.

      I reserved a condo on January 15, 2024 for June ***** at the ***************************** in the ***************, **. I paid $1300 for the condo. Payment was sent to Colleen Wogernese-********* at e-mail address of ******************* Pay Pal information: Customer is '**********' and Pay Pal account is '@********'. ***** ****** also paid $975 for an additional condo to the same individual on January 17, 2024. I booked a second reservation through the same people at the same location for July *****, 2024 for $950.00.The deals were brokered by a ******** 'person' called Kate Deals. This individual is the Administrator for a ******** page called Wisconsin Dells Condo Deals. The e-mail address for this group is **************************************************** I have a work phone number for this individual listed as ************.The above-mentioned three reservations were not granted. The total loss was $975.00 for ***** ****** and $2,250.00 for me, ********* *****.

      In October of 2023 I purchased a weekend stay with Colleen for the Wilderness in *** *****. I had to pay her up front 850 and she said shed get me the confirmation soon. When I contacted her she then said shed get it 15 days before the stay. Once we got close she kept making excuses. I asked for my money back and she said she would in the 3-5 days. The money never came and she stopped communicating with me.

      My complaint is similar to most of the others and Im mad at myself for not checking the BBB first! Booked a 2 bedroom presidential suite at ******* in *************** back in April through Kates Deals (formerly Destination Vacations). This was for 8/26-8/28. Paid $600 Apple Cash and was told Id have reservation info 15 days prior. Didnt receive anything so messaged her a week before and was told Id have the information Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and no info. Messaged her Thursday and was ignored. Kept asking where my info was and she responded late Thursday night Id get it tomorrow. You guessed it no info. Was ignored all day Friday and kept messaging her. She responded Saturday morning that she wasnt home but would get on the computer and send it as soon as she got home. No info was sent. Its now Sunday we are supposed to go tomorrow. I call Wyndam myself to ask and there is no reservation in my name. I told them I booked through a ************** and she said oh no. Furthermore Im told it is owner only time there and no one allowed to rent their units. I tell Kates deals this and finally get a response that owner occupied only ended 8/15 but this owner is not responding and shell give him until 3. Shes still stringing me along playing this game. 3 came and went with nothing. I booked something else and sent her several messages asking for a refund. Finally get a response at 8:00pm that again shes not home but will start the process as soon as she is. Right. I dont know how she hasnt been shut down yet. Id like a refund but am not holding my breath.

      I paid "Kate deals" which is colleen ********* from ********************* deals ************** $775 for a 3 night stay in a condo at wilderness resort and she never got me a room or a refund. She is fraud and after researching looks to have been doing this for a long time
