5 starsThe scheduler kept me informed of material & dumpster deliveries & arrival time of the roofers. The roofers were friendly, professional & did a great job cleaning up afterward. The foreman showed me how the previous roofers installed the flashings on the sun-tunnels and vent pipe wrong, creating leaks. Everyone at Security Luebke was very nice to work with and my roof looks great! I definitely recommend them to others.

5 starsAndy did a great job! We had to replace the electric mast on the roof (a tree limb came down on the electric wire to the house). Electricians replaced the mast and installed guide wires to the roof, but the shingles needed attending to (along with the ones damaged by the electricians). Andy arrived at 7:30am. Surveyed the situation. Did a great job tuning the guide wires and replacing the damaged shingles. It took him about 2 hours.Security-Luebke Roofing, Inc.

5 starsIt was a great experience from the very beginning. Their salesman was friendly & professional. He explained the full process of the roof install & cleanup, showed the materials they use, explained the financing & answered all of my questions. The scheduler was very nice & kept me informed of material & dumpster deliveries & arrival time of the roofers. The roofers were professional & did a great job cleaning up afterward. The foreman came by both during & after the job to check everything out & ask if I had any questions or concerns. Everyone at Security Luebke was very nice to work with and my roof looks great! 5 starsTexted me when they would arrive, showed up ready to go to work. They were dressed in company attire and walked me through what they were going to do and how long they would be there. There was an issue with the the topper I had choosen, and it was resolved with the salesman and I was very satisfied with the results. The crew was very friendly, and answered my questions and concerns. When the finished, the area around my house was clean. I found (1) screw in my lawn, that was it! I am very appreciative of the work that was done!! They were by far first class.Security-Luebke Roofing, Inc.

5 starsAll the employees we dealt with were very friendly and sincere. We had many questions and had the sales reps to our house twice. They were very patient and thorough. Both reps crawled up into our unfinished attic to assess the venting situation. They developed computer models of our house with different color shingles on it to really get a good feel for what it would look like. When we had questions we received complete responses in a very timely manner. They certainly went the 2nd mile. The roofers worked very hard and put in 20 hours work over 2 days. Our yard was protected decently but our pool equipment should have been protected better. I wasn't happy to see shingles bouncing off our new $3000 pool heater. The crew did a very good job on cleanup and the project manager then did a 2nd sweep for nails. The dumpster in our driveway was fine as I was concerned if it would cause some damage. The quality of the workmanship is very good and we were satisfied with the final result. With the 5 year warranty and Security Luebke's reputation we feel covered for the long term. 5 starsI had wraps done on my front door frame, the 2 service door frames and the big garage door frame. Brandon came at 7:30AM on Monday July 22nd. He worked steady until lunch time, when he had to go for insulation for the big garage door. He went back to work until 6:30PM. Brandon came back on Tuesday July 23rd and worked another hour to finish up. I checked how things were going periodically, but really looked it over once Brandon finished. 5 starsPrompt and dependable, work completed as advertised. They went above and beyond with 2 requests I made. First, my wife has mobility issues and asked project lead if they could clear a path to my wife's car (driveway cluttered up), instead of a path, they cleaned up the whole driveway so my wife had no issues walking to her car (she only had to step over cords & air hoses which she had no issues with). Second relates to the gutter crew. I checked in and they asked if I thought about removing the tall bushes/trees on the corners of the house. I had mentioned if they want, if they could lop off the top 3 feet or so of the tree starting to grow up under the eave. Come home from work that night, top 3 feet of tree is laying on the ground. Wasn't expecting them to actually do it, but greatly appreciated (and I had no issue disposing of it and wouldn't expect them to get rid of it).Security-Luebke Roofing, Inc.
