Interaction 1: I had a neighbor who accidentally caved the roof of my 2002 Infiniti in. I had to open an Insurance case and with that being said, I needed to get quotes for repairs or to see if the car was totaled. I took my car to this dealer where they ultimately said the car was totaled. Okay, got it. I then proceed to check out some vehicles on the lot since you know...my car was just totaled out...so I test drove a vehicle and when I got back, they asked me what I thought and I just said it wasn't quite what I was expecting out of the trim level that it was and just didn't feel as sporty as I liked (I was in the market for a sports car). I am then asked, "what do you mean it's not sporty, it's a sports car". As I said, I just said it wasn't what I expected so I just said what I thought. They then follow up with "well that's the dumbest thing I have ever heard" and now have 2-3 salesman standing around me laughing at my statement of what I thought. They then also ACTUALLY said I was an idiot for thinking that. Like, excuse me? I then walked out as 3 salesmen are laughing. Interaction 2: I had called this dealer to set up an appointment for a recall where they informed me the repair would take a few hours so I proceeded to ask about a loaner vehicle so I was not stuck all day waiting. All was well until I arrived that day for my appointment and the employee I worked with over the phone proceeded to tell me after I told him I needed my loaner vehicle that they could no longer give me a loaner vehicle. I mentioned how I asked multiple times over the phone to verify I would have one and I was reassured I would but they simply said “things change” where I proceeded to get pretty upset about that. I said I needed something then since I cannot just sit there for how many hours but they did not care and were very rude to me. On top of this, they emptied my glove box as the recall involved removal and they left everything all over my floor.
