      This company is a scam. It looks like other people actually received their order so it may not be a complete fraud but we have not received our hoverboard after 2 weeks. No reply on any posted ways to contact them.

      I would never purchase another hoverboard. What a rip-off. The first one had a recall on it and would operate on its own. I had to take several pictures send that in received another email had to dismantle the unit cut several wires and take more pictures send in and wait for approval. They sent the new hoverboard charged the unit and it had a bad battery in it now another warranty claim and they want me to take more pictures and a video brand new unit has not even been stepped on. What a joke hoverboard *****..

      Ordered 2 boards and carts on June 21. Their website is plastered with SAME DAY SHIPPING. 1/2 order was shipped the next day. Contacted company after 6 days without shipping on other half. Response was that carts were out of stock and would be back in stock last week and shipped immediately. There was no communication when I ordered that anything was out of stock or would be delayed. Later that day they attached a note to my originally order. Today is July 6 and still have no tracking information. Very disappointed in customer service and hoping boards and cart are worth what appears will be atleast a 3 week wait. Definitely could have been fairly compensated and notified of such a lengthy delay. Very unprofessional to treat customers this way.

      If I could leave no stars and leave a review I would. I ordered the first hoverboard as a Christmas present for my grandson. We ordered the cart as well. Both boxes arrived damaged and I contacted the company via email immediately. They told me that if anything was wrong after Christmas, they would handle it. Well low and behold the board kept shutting off on one side sending my grandson flying. We contacted them and they had me send it back but under the warranty which I was not happy about. To keep my grandson happy, we ordered a second board. We sent the first back and did not get it back from them for 2 months. They would only give me an additional 6 weeks warranty as we had already lost 60 days. The board still did not work. Same issue as before. I emailed again and was told to send video which I did. It has been several months and I have been sending emails for over two months. They have not responded and are ghosting me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS IN USA. WAREHOUSE SPACE ONLY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING.

      Product worked well 3 months. Left side quit working, I've now been waiting 3 weeks after contacting help desk for a response from tech people on how to get it fixed. No repair shop locally will work on these, and obviously the company doesn't want to be bothered. This is a $300 boat anchor right now.

      The boards break within 3 months of usage b it they wont honor the warranty because it has been purchased a few weeks beyond three months (purchased in December as a Christmas present for my son, never touched until we returned from being away mid January, broke mid March). Terrible product even worse customer service.

      Well I ordered a hoverboard for my granddaughter she had it 2 weeks and it started overheating, i contacted the company via email asking for them to replace it. they said I would have to send it back for repair under warranty. I would als have to pay to return it. I asked for refund because they sold me a faulty board. I paid to return the board $65.00, the received the board on Jan 27, 2023, I have sent multiple emails and called several times. They will not answer the phone. I have request for them to call me with phone messages and emails. NOTHING. They return emails with excuse after excuse. Still no hoverbaord and no responses to emails or refund. I have contacted my credit card company to assist. So hopefully i can get refund soon from them. long story short do not order from this company and do research before ordering.

      Bought online at hoverboards.com. Nothing but great performance from the company and the hoverboard. I dont understand the negativity, but Im wondering if its not due to the knock-off website without an shoverboard.com when ordering a second unit I almost got taken by this site.
