            Ordered two CoverMate III brackets for my swimspa on 9/18 which I paid $618 for both sets. Items arrived on 9/21 and I installed them the same day after going over the instructions and watching videos on line. several days later I opened the cover to the pool and hot tub and went inside. I few hours later, I came out and the cover for the hot tub was on the ground and the brackets were broken. I called SwimSpaparts.com in hopes that they would send me a replacement because clearly the parts sent were defective. Instead then sent me a link to purchase new brackets. I called back several times asking to speak to a supervisor and each time the supervisor was not available. I sent pictures and am being asked to resend pictures so they can speak with the manufacturer about the issue. I was sent defective parts, I should be sent a replacement working part and they should deal with the manufacturer and figure this out without involving me.

            I've been doing business for many years w/Master Spa and LOVE them. They are always very kind and helpful. Prices are fair and deliveries are always faster than expected. Sadly, my 20 yr old hot tub's topside control panel stopped working. I checked the website and didn't see replacement, so called and was told the part is obsolete. They recommended I call manufacturer who quickly told me the part # to order from Master Spa. It came this weekend and it had a longer cord than the original, which we figured out easily.....but, it trips the breaker. I called my repair man & he said it sounds like I need a new circuit board (also not on line). I'm hoping I can return the new control panel and put my $200 towards a new tub OR get the right fix.
