    Honor of warranty services. Work performed while house was under construction. We moved in during May of 2023. Floor started squeaking in certain areas. Attempted to contact the owner multiple times with very little to no response. Any response denied responsibility for issues that staff indicated could be repaired, but would need coordination with builder. My builder also tried engaging to coordinate a time for them to remove floor, have issue fixed by another source and to reinstall the flooring so that any and all installation and products are compliant with warranty.Owner is not taking responsibility / professional courtesy to work with builder and address issue.

    Of the total balance indicated in the initial complaint, on March 21 of 2023, I paid $20,363.53 to Advanced Flooring. The difference was paid by my builder on a date before March 21.

    **** has a squeak in the sub floor that is unrelated to the flooring that Advanced Flooring Installed.  I told him this is a framing issue that he should address with his builder.  the fix requires flooring to be removed so that the squeak can be fixed and then the flooring would need to be replaced.  This is not a warranty issue for Advanced Flooring and as such Advanced Flooring would have to be paid for the above mentioned work. If **** or ******* builders would like to pay Advanced Flooring to remove & replace the flooring for the framing repairs to be done we are more then happy to do that.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Advanced Flooring has not communicated any of the detail in their response other than that, the root cause of the issue is not warranty related. **** has not shared any estimate or dollar amount for their services to either my Builder or I after numerous attempts to engage them in assistance with resolving the issue.
