      On 04/30/24 I asked our Account Executive ******************* via email how to cancel our maintenance contract. Our contract terms allow us to cancel at any time. I received no response. I emailed the same question again on 05/10/24. and received no response. I emailed the same question again on 05/15/24 and finally received a reply. I responded the same day verify I wished to cancel our maintenance contract. ***** replied the same day, stating "I will get the process started and I will send you confirmation once it has been completed."On 07/11/24 I emailed ***** for an update on the cancellation since I had not heard anything. I received no response. I emailed him again on 07/12/24, and this was the response I received: "I went back and found the email that I had sent to our contracts team back on May 16th. I am following up with the person that was assigned to this termination request and I am awaiting his reply. I apologize for the convenience."On 07/16/24 I emailed ***** for an update and received no response. On 07/17/24 I emailed ***** for an update and received no response. On 07/18/24 I emailed ***** for an update and received no response. On 07/19/24 I emailed ***** for an update and received no response.This company has been extremely unresponsive over the years we have worked with them, and the services offered under the maintenance contract have been difficult to receive in a timely fashion. This is the reason for the cancellation.

      In early 2021, signed up for a 39 month lease of a 4 in 1 printer through Xerox (first 4 months free). Per contract was supposed to pay a monthly fee to cover lease, service and supplies. In June 2021, attempted to order supplies and was quoted a price for them. When questioned, was told my contract was terminated (was never notified of this) and that I would need to pay for supplies and service separately. Confirmed this with several people (I have it in writing). Paid for supplies per new agreement. In late 2022/early 2023, started receiving invoices that were significantly higher. Have made several attempts to contact their office via phone and email, with no response. I would like to have the recent changes in my invoices corrected to the accurate amount due and then terminate services due to horrible customer service that has spanned the entire time of this contract. *I have all of my saved correspondence in emails. If I take screenshots and upload them I will exceed the max ***** If there is an email I can forward them to, I would be happy to do so.
