    First order June 3, did not fit my vehicle. Tracking number provided below is where I returned the item. ****** is telling me Trends auto did not receive the item, and will not approve refund. Trends auto says they cannot help, and to contact ******.

    As the customer stated in their claim they did not return the package to us, and ****** has confirmed that is the case.  A refund cannot be processed when nothing was actually returned.  The proper resolution to this situation is that the customer will need to contact *** to file a claim with them for reimbursement.  They have already been instructed to do so by ****** and ourselves.

    In a short story here I ordered a hitch and wire adapter kit for a 2014 ***** Cruze diesel. Upon the shop installing this they determined the converter box to be defective. Its fried my $300 tail lights. I attempted to contact the company where I purchased it from on **** only for them to basically told me to kick rocks and call ****. They wanted me to call the manufacture for a replacement, instead of just sending me one which I found very strange. Instead of just sending my replacement they continue to argue with me telling me that Im wrong and its not their problem and I need to contact the manufacture when its them who I gave the money to. Its very apparent. This company has a habit of ripping people off by reading their feedback. I noticed they have ripped off quite a number of people. The company owes me a full refund for the aggravation. I also have to go buy a new converter box tomorrow because I have a trip to make this week.

    I ordered a truetrac trunnion weight distribution hitch from trends auto. First use had an issue with failure. There response was to purchase new parts. Then used ***** warranty policy stating I would have to pay for return shipping and new part shipping which is 100 dollars. Funny that is the price of the parts sold by them. When I stated that ***** policy did not say I had to pay for shipping they said I could not dictate the warranty claim. Although they are doing that as a **** authorized retailer. Trends auto does not answer the calls for returns or warranty. Even in our messages back and forth thru **** they stated Amazon return policy. They don't even know where I purchased or where they are contacting me. I am seeking the 100 dollars in compensation for parts. I was on vacation and now stuck unable to move as they drag their feet.
