    Terrible experience with these people, from shipping late to receiving a roof for my canam that was several inches too short making it useless, When I ordered I used their website to put in make, year and model which said it fit, after contacting them they are telling me because the description says it’s universal they won’t take back unless I pay return shipping and pay a restocking fee, return shipping estimate was $156 and they haven’t responded to the restocking fee which is about what I paid for the roof. So basically I have a $260 piece of useless plastic. SCAM

    I recently tried to add a new sound system to my 2022 Polaris Ranger XP. After much review, I settled on EverythingPolaris. Their website and the customer service said their system fit my unit. Upon getting the receiver, a new dash panel for the receiver and two speakers/pods, I found out to my dismay that nothing fit. Not even close, there was no modifying to make this work. I called customer service and they were not empowered to make an RMA, it had to be approved. Didn’t hear from them so I called again a couple days later. Now I was told I had to take pictures of the parts sent to me to prove they weren’t damaged. I explained that I wasn’t currently home so no I wasn’t taking pictures. This was your fault for having an incorrect website and the parts were so far from working I had simply removed them from the packaging and put them back in. They finally sent me a pre-paid shipping label the next day. I sent the parts back that Saturday. 10 days went by and I received no notification that they received my parts or that I was getting a refund. So I had to call again, I was told that the parts were received 8 days earlier but the department had not authorized a refund yet as the parts had not been inspected. Customer service said they would try to fast track that. Finally, today 2 weeks after the parts were shipped back (4 weeks after purchase) I received notification that I had been refunded. The thing that really bothers me is the company still hasn’t updated their website that these parts do not work with any Ranger beyond a 2018 model year. Some unexpecting customer will have to go through this all over again.

    After my initial complaint of the product being billed to my **** and not actually shipped the company has reached out and is now shipping another part that was no longer discontinued and maintaining my original pricing although this is a call center that handles most of the day-to-day calling the company themselves from Wisconsin did reach out direct to resolve my issue which has shown good faith. My only word of advice is when you are picking items ensure you read all the print and the description of your product.
