    On 7/6/21 I was sold Blazing Fast Speeds at Rural Addresses internet, 24/7 Expert Support, and ******* clear voice quality on my home phone (per AFPC web-site), by ****** of Adams-Friendship PC. This was in the form of a HughesNet internet connection and VOIP. ****** was aware of my need for these services to be fast & reliable enough to stream to two TV's, and to be able to work from home. I was charged $119.93 on 7/7/21, even though installation would not occur until 7/15/21. These product features were never delivered. Connection was very slow; I could no longer work at home. The phone stopped working in two days. After many unanswered complaints to HughesNet and AFPC, I canceled services on 8/2/21. I was charged another $817.71 on 9/6/21. I also paid $1,172 to outside parties to analyze and diagnose these deficiencies. HughesNet and AFPC have not responded to my multiple communications. I want my expenditures of $2,109.64 refunded. I have all supporting documentation.

    Amanda sell you what sounds like a GREAT internet high speed plan, What a joke! Service people coming out to repair problem is another joke. Always new cables, (5) reset dish to new places for better service (2x's) and problem still exists. Have repeatedly asked for copy of contract and you don;t get one. Contract is for 3 yrs, BUT your not told that you getting a manually installed discount that will expire in 6 months. The businesses your told that use Hughes net are false! When you ask to speak with a supervisor, you just get transferred to a coworker that give the same runaround as the one you were speaking too. One repair technician actually cut into the satellite TV cable and told us he couldn't fix it, it wasn't his problem. So there was a call to the TV satellite company. Left a message to have a supervisor return a call to me, Amanda calls and ask what is the problem now. Same problem very slow speeds, Hughes net people can't help either tells me Amanda should have never said 5g service. So I get to pay for all that. COST big time to cancel contract. AND it isn't UNLIMITED as Amanda told us. After so much use, which I don't really know how I could have used what they tell me I did, with so much frustration of slow speed it was easier to go the library and use the computer there. You get charged more or have to buy tokens for a cheaper rate. It's not only AFPC but the Hughes net system is a sad joke!!
