Apartment Complex: ********************** ************************************************* Unit 14 The apartment complex has damaged water piping systems. The upstairs apartment sink floods and the water seaps down from my apartment ceiling and into my apartment. Water drips down this has happened multiple times. Dates: 8/20/2023 11:47am - flooding from upstairs apartment and water flooding into my apartment unit. 5/26/2023 flooding from upstairs apartment and water flooding into my apartment unit.4/23/2023 flooding from upstairs and water flooding into my apartment unit Each incident has been reported (and uploaded pictures from application that has been recorded) and recorded within the app I use to pay my rent which is the Sagareus application. Management - a gentlemen named ******* that is head to this complex has not disclosed wether or not this has been repaired or not and it keeps happening. I uploaded 3 instances within 6 months of this happening and this issue has not been resolved. Total instances have been 4 or 5. Compensation: I am looking to get compensation of total of 3 full monthly rent credit. One for each time it has happened. $1550x3 towards my future billing or deposited in my personal account. Also for the issues to be fixed. It is unsanitary and damaged to upstairs can cause a collapse with so much water damage. A person who is paying full rent and has never been late with utilities and a electrical should not have to go through this stress in timeline of 6 months.
