    Are they nice yes, thats what sells i guess. to weeks after buying were left with a bad motor because it wa rigged to have oil pressure. it has had other issues in-which we already fixed a rotor and bearings but now that the car is not even driveable were left with a car payment and full coverage insurance we tried to have them call our mechanic to see if they would help us out on it or atleast talk and they never even did that. i would never recommend Top notch as they do not make things right at all! This was to help my daughter out because her car had broke down and she has three children and by herself. Thanks Top Notch ! Zero stars from us

    This place is unethical. My brother has dementia and they sold to him twice. He has no license or insurance and I took in my power of attorney after they sold him the first car, which he was way over charged for, and told them I would pick up the plate which I did. A year later when that car had to be junked, I went to Top Notch to warn them he could try to come in and purchase another car and to not sell to him. Well he did go in a few weeks later and the person I spoke with about not selling him a car is exactly the person that sold him one and charged him 35% more than ****** says it should retail for and more than DOUBLE what *************** Book says. They took advantage of his vulnerability. When I went and spoke to them about taking the car back, the owner told me he would ask his attorney and let me know the first of the week. 2 weeks later when I had not heard from him I called and he said he would contact the attorney and get back to me. That is over 3 weeks ago. If I could give negative stars I would. They didnt seem to care one bit, either time, that my brother is not fit to drive. They knew he couldnt so they drove him to his house with the car and left it there with him. Unethical. Uncaring. Took advantage of a vulnerable senior. Buyer beware as both cars were junk. When I started the last one after they delivered it so I could look at the mileage, it said to check the coolant level. They cant even service the car before they sell it. The first car they sold him had studded tires on it that had to be off in 3 weeks. I think they dumped that one on him for again, well over the market price.
