    Randy was supposed to come to my house to reinstall a vent on my roof and the s**** the bottom strip back on my garage door. I have his comings and goings on camera. He disappeared without telling me a few minutes into the job. He finally returned and completed the job quickly.He ended up billing me for the entire time he disappeared as well as an additional hour. He said this was for more driving time to and from his house. He never told me he was going to bill *** the time he disappeared (I dont know if he went to lunch or to work on another job?) plus an additional hour for who knows what. He already charges a fee for driving in town. When I asked why he charged for all these extra hours, he said I was a crazy woman in a series of crazy women he has been having to deal with. I asked if he could supply me with receipts for the parts since he charged about double their sale price. He has refused. Ive told him several times that I would pay for for any supplies he could produce a receipt for and the hour he was actually at my house plus one driving fee. He has still refused to garnish receipts and said he is now going to file a lien on my house. Several other women have complaints about him, as well, and he is harassing customers online.
