I am rejecting this response because:

I want to declare that I never meant to disrupt coaching, and I dont think I did. I always stayed at least three meters away from the gymnastics class area and only stayed at the customer service table or upstairs. I only tried to communicate with the boss (the husband) who always sat at the customer service area when the other boss (the coach/wife) had the class. Because of his unprofessionalism, he went to ask her several times. She made the choice to leave the class and provide customer service. She also served two other groups of customers. I never required him (the husband) to ask the coach (his wife) any questions. On the contrary, the husband told me that until 7 pm, she could talk with me, so I patiently waited for the coach for two hours upstairs., whats more, I didnt want to make a sense at all. l am sure that it was the situation  when the boss ( husband) yelled me to leave, and  the coach ( wife) left the class again  made a sense .

I also never intended to bend  the rules. Due to CGA's misleading text messages on 5/23/2024, I thought we had already dropped the class in June. CGA bosses took my paycheck that we paid for **** But we noticed during our first talk that l already paid the fee for *** on 4/17/2024 . We certainly dont want to make double payments. I did try to advise CGA to make up for the lessons we missed, based on the precondition that if I compromised, we would be willing to pay Junes gymnastics class fee. Not to mention, it was caused by CGA's misleading text messagesthey didnt mention what month I should pay for or that I needed to drop before 5/17/2024. As a customer, I deserve the corresponding product and service I pay for, instead of our paycheck being taken and receiving lousy service.

The most important thing I need to emphasize is that I never intended to threaten or harm CGA's business, I couldnt possibly harm CGA's business as an individual customer. On the contrary, I support CGA, as we have been taking classes for a year. I even mentioned our support to CGA bosses during conversations on 6/4/2024. CGA thought I filed a complaint as a threatening action. But for me, I tried to communicate with CGA bosses three times, even inviting a witness to objectively observe our third time conversation . We could not agree on our problem. I felt so sad and disappointed that I was not patiently listened to, was asked to leave, and was warned that even if you wait, you cant get what you want (I think it means my payment), and messages are not counted CGA bosses' disrespectful and condescending attitude made me realize that we need a fair and impartial communication environment to solve the problem. I believe that under the witness of BBB, we can listen to each other calmly and rationally.

The last response from CGA mentioned She has done this to other businesses and she needs to stop. This sentence hurt my feelings and reputation. I want CGA to stop saying things that are not true. CGA boss knows she is lying or should prove it with facts.

We will start our long-term international trip soon. I will not use my US phone number for a long time. CGA boss, please dont send me emotional messages in private anymore. I will not respond. Please solve problems together under the  witness of BBB; I will peacefully and reasonably respond via BBB emails.

I announce that my daughter, ***************************, will permanently drop CGA gymnastics classes. We will never come back  in case that we will be treated with disrespect and injustice.

I still demand CGA write an apology letter and return $152.06 (the fee we were forced to pay , but  did not attend any classes)

      Sincerely,

      ***************

ry rude , and they rejected to return my paycheck, CGA break the promise that they agree we stop class on 5/23/2024. 3. CGA charged the next year registration fee ( on 4/17/2024)without get our permission and on 6/3/2024 CGA boss said even we dont come back, CGA will not return the registration fee to **. 4. I tried to communicate with them three times, they didnt show respect , one boss angry yelled to me you show leave nowwhen l said if we could not communicate , l will file a complaint . l feel not be respected . I need CGA make an apology. 5. When my kid just started to join CGA. l asked CGA boss could we pay cash every month, they rejected . So the gymnastics fee are automatically charged from our credit card every month, Just today (6/3/24)l noticed the fee was improved, and some extra fee charged, they never messaged or emailed or announced to me. Every time CGA close their classes , l didnt get any announcement , CGA will still charge. I dont think its fair.

      Business Response

      Date: 06/06/2024

I attached our policies agreement that all of our customers have to sign before they are able to register for our classes. It is very direct and states drop policy many times and how we run our billing!

This complaint was from a lady who wanted us to bend the rules for her and went about it in a very rude manner. She disrupted me from coaching classes, I explained to her our policy and to go home and write me an email of her situation and I will read it when I am done coaching! She would not leave our facility and stayed trying to make a scene. After all of that she expected us to bend over backwards and make an exception for her and I do not respect people who think they are above the rules and demand things and threaten to harm your business if you dont do what they want! If she would have done what I asked to simply go home write me an email to explain her situation I probably would have waived it! She has been going to our facility for over a year she knows how we bill! She has done this to other businesses and she needs to stop!
