A few months ago my mother ************************* visited Affordable Dentures to get a new set of dentures. She had previously been to the same place years ago when she first got dentures and she had a positive experience the first time. It was time for new dentures so she decided to go back to the same place. After a few visits and getting her new dentures my mother noticed her new dentures were not fitting her adequately. She went in several times and explained to the staff that she was unable to eat or even talk properly with her new set of dentures. The staff tried fixing them but they just kept getting worse. The last time my mother went in she explained that she would really like for them to give her a solution whether it was by giving her a new set of dentures or fixing the ones they had. The staff was not understanding and they tried intimidating my mother by telling her if she kept complaining they would tell every clinic in Yakima not to take her in as a patient if she went somewhere else to get new dentures. The staff was very unprofessional and rude and did not care to help my mother at all. She is unable to wear her new dentures and was left with having to wear her old ones. My mother is Spanish speaking only therefore she did not feel comfortable going in to the clinic again after they tried to intimidate her. She would like a resolution whether it'd be Affordable Dentures giving her new dentures or a refund so she can go somewhere else to get new dentures.
