    I bought the vehicle in July 27 I was promised a 90 warranty that came with the car off the lot and a written 2 year warranty for the car I purchased the warranty recently ended in September but the cars engine stopped working a week after purchase it had engine knock all fluids were okay mechanic checked said it was dealership who sold it to me like that went back told me nope no warranty from ** try the warranty you bought didnt help me at all basically told me to leave them alone the website says great communication but lied about the whole purchase didnt give me car fax until sale was over after asking many times before warranty didnt want to help since they said engine was already like that after inspection and couldnt help so dealership is responsible and I have contacted many claims on this so called consumer website I spent over ****** dollars on repairs for the vehicle bought a new engine off the mechanic from the dealership and the same issue engine breaks down after 4 months of use and warranty again says they wont cover I literally need you to make them buy back the car it was ****** dollars I am not in the position to pay for lawyers and need help bank wont help warranty wont help and dealership keeps telling me to f*** off when I go peacefully so tell them to pay up cause lying to your customers needs to have consequences

    Customer purchased the car from ** AS-IS like all our used cars are sold. We do not offer a 90day warranty, but we do offer extended service contracts, which he purchased. The first time he had trouble with the vehicle his service contract repaired the vehicle at premier auto group's repair shop. Then 11 months later he had another issue and took it back to premier auto group. We don't know what happened from there since the repair is between the customer, the warranty company and the repair shop. We definitely don't disrespect our customers, and would not tell someone to "fuck off". ******** then proceeded to keep leaving ** bad reviews and even had his friends leave ** bad reviews to try and hurt our business when they had nothing to do with the purchase or the vehicle. Thank you for your time and help.
