AR1;Sold defective transfer case to me. In order to refund my money, the company demanded the defective part back that was under warranty. I complied. In order to get my truck fixed a second time I need them to return the part they took off my truck since they demanded the defective part returned . They have acknowledged receipt of my portion returned. 9 days ago. Currently they have refused to ship my part to me or an equivalent part. They claim it is packed and waiting but acknowledged it has not left their business. From first transaction when they received my money in December until now it has been more than 2 months.

The engine was ordered by ********** on May 23, 2023. Our return policy is 30 days for any part, we do not do refunds after 30 days as stated on our invoice. With that being said we would also require the part to be returned to process a refund. It was not until the end of July that the customer decided that the motor was not something he was able to work with, exceeding our 30 day return policy. We were working with the customer on getting our motor back to make an exception to our policy, but the customer decided on doing a chargeback instead. At this point the part had still not been returned. ********** was aware of our policies to begin with, but it had already exceeded the time we were making the exception for in this case. We tried our best to work with the customer, but the timeframe was exceeded beyond the 30 days.

We use a secure payment link called Podium. We never ask customers for card information for payments. We also can not see any of the payment information. The payment will not go through unless the customer inputs all the correct billing information for the card. We sent ***** a payment link we did not force the customer to click the link and make the payment. We do not offer 4 month warranties, our free warranty is 101 days for all parts. If the customer would like to pay for an extended warranty they are for 1-2 years. As I mentioned previously, we did not refuse to do a refund. We just needed our part back before proceeding, we even did it out of courtesy because our policy for refunds is only 30 days. The customer agreed at first and then decided he was going to do a chargeback.

Bought tires on February 1 2023 went back a week later to get the tires and was told that they needed an extra 30 dollars. I said no I already paid for them I just want to pick them up. Long story short I refused to pay more money than I was already charged. Now 25 days later I am still waiting for my refund. They will not refund my card what they charged me

    Business Response

Good morning. This issue was resolved last month 02/23/23. Tires they purchased were worth more, they did not want to pay the different and they got their full refund.
