    I had a popping noise that was happening near or around the front wheels as the wheels turn it makes a pop noise is what I specifically explained to ******* the manager, for him to tell me no worries we can take care of it. ******* and his team inspected my vehicle , shortly to have a resolution.RJ'S "EXPERTS " said : WE have identified the following issues to WHY the popping noises are happening. Steering tie rod + alignment +suspension control arm+ sway bar links. Let US FIX ALL THIS ISSUES and you will have NO more pop noises said *******!!. To which I replied LET'S DO IT! I brought my vehicle the next day like scheduled. Was told I will have my vehicle at the end of day. That didn't happen I received next day at 1pm. Once received I paid my bill . To my surprise!!!! The alignment was done like ?? and the popping noise continued the same exact way as I had first brought in my truck to RJ'S SHOP. so nothing changed at all besides the fact they had done work on my truck for $2300 to get nothing resolved. I contacted owner he said bring it back we will fix it. Which I did come back 1 weeks later after I had left to *******. So he looked at my vehicle for the second time now. Just to redo my alignment and say to me with much confidence that with what they had previously diagnosed it with was NEVER the problem. NOW it's a muffler dilemma. I asked WHY was this not said to me the FIRST time you guys diagnosed the truck. WHY was I told different the first time?? So I left because conversation was getting heated. Just to find out that the alignment was done poorly for a second time. A NEW RATTLING NOISE has arised just to find out they had left a 15 inch tool bar under my truck. So now they are being negligencent with safety. ALL of this just to not get my truck fixed!!! Contacted owner(buffoon) in multiple occasions just an unreasonable man to deal with! I will be including pictures on FB!

    We did work on ***************** truck. We did inspect the truck found bad Tie Rods, Ball Joints and sway bar links. All were worn and need replacing of these the sway bar links give off a popping  sound. We were confident that this would make the noise. ************* called me from the road and and said his alignment was off. After talking to him it appeared that the steering wheel was not straight but I knew the alignment was not going to wear tires. I told him we could readjust it for him, at that time there was no mention of a popping noise but ask at that time if he was going to get his money back.? He brought his truck back and we did an other alignment he did not like it we tried a third time and then gave his money back on the alignment. During this time my crew spent another 1 1/2 hrs looking and driving his truck finely find his 5in custom exhaust was rubbing "not all the time" on his frame causing the popping sound. ************* insisted that we did not fix his "poppng sound" and wanted his money back. We fix obvious problem not too mention unsafe problems. ************* was not having it my guys did leave a pry bar on the frame and that's embarrassing. I had to call the police to get ************* to leave. Is fixing cars an exact science no but we can fix the obvious and do our best. ************* received a good job at a fair price. Thanks for your attention to this issue
