On February 12th, 2024 I brought my car to Ricks mobile mechanic to have the CV axles repaired on the driver + passenger side, after I had received a quote from him. **** and a ***** of his worked on my car and once they finished and had me start up the car and drive it there was a metal bang/snap sound and the *** + TCS lights immediately turned on with my dash, which the car was not doing that prior to the service. It was late so **** told me to just drive home and that we would get back together and he would fix it / diagnose the problem that he unintentionally caused. I turned the car on and off which got the lights to go away (temporarily) and went on my way home. The following Day February 13th, I contacted **** about coming to look at the car because the warning lights had turned back on for me while driving around that day. He agreed to do so. I couldnt manage to get him to look at my car until the 29th where he didnt discover anything. He didnt even take off the wheel of the car, and he said I would have to come back for him to look at it again.He then ghosted me until March 26th, 2024. He finally responded saying he would come to me and look at my car on Monday March 29th around 3pm.He did not show up even after contacting me that day and telling me he was getting ready to head my way.around 10:30pm that night, he contacted me and agreed to come to my house today, April 3rd 2024 at 9:00 AM. He has not shown up still and I cannot get ahold of him. Included in my documents are screenshots of texts and emails, the only thing I could not pull up is all the times Ive called him.What I want is for my car to be repaired at the ***** Dealership, or any certified mechanic shop that has a warranty included with the work. Most importantly I want it to be billed to Ricks Mobile Service.He broke a part of the braking system on my vehicle and has not seemed to car at all or make any real attempt to fix the damages he caused.I want my money back too
