We went to go get our vehicle worked on we asked for an oil pressure sensor to be put in and our door to get fixed to shut which needed two door handles the inner and the outer but the mechanic there said that we needed new spark plug wires a bracket holder to hold the spark plug wires and a coolant flush.....so when we went to pick up our vehicle when he said it was finished the bill came out to$840 so we paid him $900 told him keep the tip told him thank you we went to drive our vehicle away and it would not drive over 10 miles an hour when we drop the vehicle off we drove it on the freeway to him so we brought the vehicle back and once again he called us and told us our vehicle was ready and we came back picked up the vehicle and same thing it only went 10 miles an hour so we called him back and we brought the vehicle back for the 3rd time told him it's not right our vehicles not running it was not like that before we dropped it off so then he called left a message on my fiance's phone saying that the truck was fixed and he's leaving the key in the truck under the floor mat without our consent to do so left our vehicle unlocked windows down we went to pick up the truck for the third time and the truck still wasn't fixed so we tried to go back and drop it back off but they refuse to answer the phone refuse to answer the shop door where they live when it was open hours of the shop... We are stuck in Washington state with an 8 month old baby that we have to provide for and work but we're missing work due to not having our vehicle when promise that it would be done correctly we also asked for old parts cuz we put brand new spark plug wires on 2 weeks before we took it to the shop but we've yet to get our old parts we asked for I've left them numerous voicemails went to the shop knocked on the door with it locked several times
