    I ordered 10 annuals/perennials from Plants4home for a total of $123.90 + $20.95 shipping, total of $144.85 on April 19, 2023. (Order number ******). It is now May 9, 2023 and I have heard nothing from them besides the fact that they received my payment. On May 8, 2023, I sent a email asking for shipping date estimate and received no response. This evening , May 9, I tried to call a customer service number - ************ and got a generic answering machine message. I then did a ****** search and found that this company received an F rating on the BBB and also read many reviews with the same issues that I had in not receiving plants that were paid for. To resolve the issue with this company, I would like a full refund.

    I ordered 3 houseplants online from this company on January 16. It is now March 11 and I haven't been able to contact them to find out the status of my order. I have asked for a refund and haven't received any communication.I paid $58.61 for the plants ($15.95 of that total was shipping fees). My order number is ******.

    I ordered a varigated Dogwood from this company last June. I was charged $39.99 on my credit card on June 18, 2022.I never received the plant. I contacted the company via email 3 times between October and November and have not received a response from them.I no longer have the order number but I have the credit card statement and 2 of the emails I sent, one in October and one in November.I have also called them and left a few messages but again, there is no response.

    I ordered a Purple Climatis plant on July 3rd 2022. From Plants for home. They took my payment out of my checking acct same day.Than I never rcvd plant. I tried contacting them.3 times and got an automated return message from Zen desk. Whatever that is. I never rcvd anything. I had ordered this for a friend. And I ended up having to order from someone someone else.and now I am out double the money. At this point Now I want a full refund. You just don't do business this way. I am very disappointed.Plants4home will never get my business again.

    This matter was resolved directly with the customer in 2022 with a full refund issued. We regret that our BBB record was not updated at the time. Since then, weve improved our order fulfillment and communication systems to ensure a better experience for all customers moving forward.
