I hired this company after being cold called by their sales ***** ******** who is a fantastic sales person. He convinced me to NOT use another company because the oil sealant that I was planning from the other company makes a roof dangerously slick to work on for future services. I was also excited about the fact that ******* said that someone would go over my roof and tell me about any issues they find with both the roof and the gutters. I wanted to make sure my roof was in tip-top shape and to address ANYTHING that needed correcting/work, etc... He also assured me that Clean425 gives a 100% guarantee and if I was unhappy for any reason, they would come back to make it right. Instead, their Service Manager, ****, told me that they will NEVER do work for me again and he threatened me to pay their invoice (after only have it for 1 day) otherwise he will file a lien on my home! I didn't take kindly to being threatened, so I called the police and filed a police report. Long story short, no quote given to confirm phone conversation or the price. The technician, ********** had a Work Order on his phone for over $500 more than what I agreed to with *******. ********* gave me half the difference as a discount and I agreed to eat the other half & allowed them to proceed because the three crew members seemed sweet and eager to work. Around 3 pm I received an invoice emailed for work not even completed, and no sign of the promised before & after photos. ********* and his 2 unnamed female assistants soon afterwards informed me they were finished. I was horrified because the **** was clearly still on my roof, just ***** & ugly instead of green. After much convincing and logic with them about how I engaged their service for "**** removal", they stayed until after 7 pm to hand brush the dead **** off my roof, as I agreed to for the initial cost over $2,700. I later heard loud motor noise, so I went to check on their progress to find that they were on my roof - power washing it!
