      M property has misled me and directly lied on multiple occasions. They put a tenant in my rental that I expressly said not to rent to (the tenant acquired my personal cellphone and had harassed me via text at 2am on multiple occasions demanding to move into my house prior to even offering it to rent). I provided his name to them and warned the company about this individual. Out of multiple applicants they chose to rent to him and continued to lie to me, assuring me it was a different couple. They also lied about the dog they have and have never done an inspection even though requested. They also allowed the tenants to move in prior to the agreed upon move in date and lied about dates that things were signed. I have almost never been able to get ahold of anyone or receive a call or email back in the past 6 months and prior to that communication was lacking at best. I've requested the ******* agreement from them and other important documents that they have not provided. I have let it lie, but yesterday received a concerning call from a citizen nearby my property about the state of things. My yard and landscaping has apparently been killed, there is significant damage to the inside of the house, windows, etc. The tenant left a gut pile from a hunting trip in the back of his truck to rot and stink up the neighborhood, there is a pile of beer cans and other trash blowing into neighbors yards from their yards, etc. I have reached out during business hours, left voicemails and emailed yesterday and today and have since had my number blocked. I do have significant documentation, evidence, photos and witnesses but do not want to show the company my cards at this time, should I decide to take legal action. I have had no interest in going that route, only got things to be made right by the company but I will not hesitate should they continue evading me. I have paid more than $2,000 in fees and been provided no services besides some paperwork being signed by the wrong people.
