Home was purchased new 9/31/2020. The builder warranty for the home was 1 year from the date of possession. I have been trying to get the builder to fix the floor since I bought the house without any resolution. The flooring is buckled in many locations and the builder, Lexar Homes, has failed to address the issue entirely. The issue was raised as part of the initial inspection and have been attempting to come to a resolution for many months now. My original contact via email (post inspection) was from 12/2/2020. Some action needs to be taken.Business response

Per the Lexar Homes Warranty, manufactured or consumer products provided by Lexar Homes are not seperately warranted by Lexar Homes. In the event that you encounter a defect in a manufactured product, Lexar Homes will assist you in securing repair or replacement. The flooring is a manufactured product and not seperately warranted by Lexar Homes. You will need to contact ******** ****** in Moses Lake in regards to any warranty for this product. They can be reached at ************.
