      I bought a car from Mega Auto Sales on the 1st of August, when I was getting helped by one of the employees, ******, he wrote my application on a blank piece of paper which was weird but I didn't question it, I'm 19 and have never bought a car before. On a paper he put that I worked at a ******* but I have never worked there, when I asked he said to make me look good, again I didn't questioned it because he helped my girlfriend buy a car and thought I could trust him, yes I shouldn't have gone through with the transaction if I felt uncomfortable but I really needed a car for work. He said that I could put a $1,000 down payment with a app called SNAP, I would get lent/loaned $1,000 and I could pay it back in 3 months or longer. I got approved by a bank for a loan, ********** I filled out paperwork and was congratulated then when I was going to leave with my car they said I couldn't take it without insurance but yet all the cars in the dealer have to be insurance for at least 7 days after a purchase. I went back for the car the next day. A week later I started getting texts to return the car by the employee who helped and the general manager. They said the bank didn't approve me but I called and they said they did. I felt harassed and unsafe, they were doing this for 3-4 days straight. I then called the bank again and asked if my paystubs were approved but they said that they weren't because on the application I supposably wrote that I make $3,000 a month, the most I make is $2,000. I never wrote my application, it was forged. I ultimately took back the car and when I asked about compensation because I felt that it was unfair because I was treated so horribly. The financial manager , ****, said "Compensation for what, you signed it, I saw the video?". My girlfriend also asked about them lying about where I worked and he stayed quiet then said "Well you signed it" I tried to explain but was threatened to have the cops called and that I needed to leave.

      I bought a car from Mega Auto sales and as soon as I went to turn it on the engine sounded like something was loose and check engine light went on the next day. I called them let them know the issue they asked me to drive it 1 hr away to their shop in which they would take a look. They said they had fixed the issue the following weekend after I picked it up the check engine light came back on. I called them again but it was between holidays. They told me I could take it to a local mechanic and that a warranty I bought would pay. I spoke to that warranty company and they told me it was not a sure thing they would cover it and if it was denied I would have to pay out of pocket which I do not make enough money to pay the bills and still have to deal with paying for a car that has had issue after issue since I bought it. 2 months after it started saying it needed oil we went to get an oil change and about every 3 weeks I have to add more oil as it marks low oil. About 2 months ago it started asking for coolant Ive have to add some 3 times since then. Now the break lights has come on. When I bought it I was told it had no issues and when I picked it up I noticed a hit on the rear passenger door which does not let the door seal properly. My doors get stuck when trying to open them which is a safety hazard because if I need to get out of the car urgently the door could get stuck. My windows get stuck and wont go down. When I bought it I was not given any carfax or any information on the car it seemed as all they wanted to do was sell it. I have called them about my issues and my bank said they should be able to take the car back and cancel the loan or buy it back from me since it has not been 6 months. I am going back in today to see if something can be done because I cant be paying for such an unreliable car.

      I am rejecting this response because: Thats incorrect during the test dive the salesman stated all Mega vehicles came with a warranty, and that option was not offered to me. The only option offered to me was if i total the car its paid off by Mega which isnt needed. I was aware about the top and thats not the issue im complaining about. I did have time to look and evaluate the car, but i feel the dealer couldve been honest about the condition of the car after they stated its sat there for months and people passed on it. Not only that EVERYTIME you started that vehicle as a dealer you know all that smoke is not supposed to come out of the exhaust and its burning oil. I do not accept this response and even if its not a refund or anything at all i would at least like some accountability for selling a lemon, among many others as i see mega vehicles broken down on the side of the road frequently. I have all the paperwork, and i have all the records for maintenance thus far. I will be in contact with a lawyer and we will go from there.

      Unfortunately it is not possible for us to foresee the issues that *** occur after you drive off the lot. It is why we strongly encourage all of our customers to purchase a service contract which would have covered the multiple misfire issues. The opportunity to purchase the service contract was presented to you at the time of sale but was not purchased. Paperwork signed by you also clearly stated that the vehicle would be sold As Is and nothing was promised from us, Mega Auto Sales, on the Due Bill document. You were able to inspect the mechanical condition of the vehicle as well as drive it before signing the paperwork and finalizing the deal. 
      Due to the fact that mechanical issues with the convertible top were disclosed to you as well as you negating the purchase of the service contract, we will not be able to ***************** refund that you have requested.

      Issues with this business Mega Auto Sales of Wenatchee hasn't taken any consideration for selling me a car with tons of issues. The transmission wasn't even mentioned in my complaint. And they are acting as if they were involved or helped in anyway shape or form. The Au is the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the car. A added expense of $4,000 when I purchased the ***** 6. Even though Mega presents this implied warranty. They failed to compensate for any of the cost inquired by this repair. The person speaking on behalf of mega autosales is unaware of the cost or  coverage as provided in the documents submitted. Insurance refused to pay full amount.  And previous repairs including body damage due to there negligence has yet to be resolved. After my vehicle being In the shop for 18 days. I have regained ownership of it. Made a attempt to make. A appointment to get previous issues addressed. Mega auto sales returned parts. Due to cancelation of appointment because vehicle was in repair. Now awaiting date as to when parts might be available. Mega autosales has yet to honor any part of the implied warranty, and or failed to reimburse for cost associated with repairs. Failed to provide any kind of rental car. And or failed to make any contact with insurance Company. This was all done by me. And 1 other ex financial manager that quit the business because of the scams and scandalous actions brought forth by this company. 

      e air control system rpm higher than expected. (2.) P0126, insufficient coolant temp for stable operation. (3.) P0128 coolant thermostat ( coolant temp below thermostat regulating temperature. (4.) Catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1 (5.) P0850 park natural input circuit. ******************* mentioned the tires on vehicle were 14 yrs old. Destudded snow tires as well. Mega autosales agreed to fix problem by having throttle body cleaned. Reffered Kc Automotive - I refused to use this service due to personal and professional reasons. Mega agreed to repair at Wenatchee Mega location. Repair attempted but problem still arises issues. Return to Mega of Wenatchee to have them say it needs a catalytic converter and they will order and replace. Offered me $150 for all 4 tire replacement. Accepted $150 added personal $350 for good,safe tires for my vehicle. It's now August 8th 2023 and after trying to make contact with Wenatchee Mega autosales a date has been set for Aug 15th 2023 in attempts to repair 1 of 5 issues.

      On August 29th bbb sent Me this statement. BBB contacted the above referenced company on multiple occasions regarding your complaint.  To date, we have not received a reply; therefore, BBB is obligated to close your complaint as a "no response," which will be reported to the public for the next three years. 

      Then just so happens they respond 1 day later? The 2nd message from you somehow went in my spam folder and I never saw it. This company has degraded me. Put me down. Neglected me. Treated me unfairly. I should just *** instead. But no they haven't resolved a thing and pushed this all out to avoid a lemon law situation. Mega autosales sold me a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and not mechanically sound.

      The transmission shop repaired the transmission. But and with it under warranty it failed and is being replaced and under warranty. Once repaired and back in my possession I will be in contact with Wenatchee mega autosales to have the rest of the issues addressed. Such as high idle. Bad catalytic converters. Temp sensor. Body damage to be repaired due to shop damaging it. Mega autosales had made attempt to fix one of the issues but due to mechanical failure they were unable to do so. So they returned the parts to repair 1 of the diagnosed problems. Problem I have here is I traded in a vehicle and was given a ridiculous price for it and you could still drive it. Like I was given ****** for a car worth *****. I want a rebate on the car I have purchased due to the fact I purchased on the 28th of July and only had it in my possession for 17 days until mechanical breakdown. And i still don't have my car and I'm making the car payment. ************* payment. And I paid for the warranty that is fixing the car . Mega Auto sales should reimburse me the price of the warranty as this is a mechanical failure they should be responsible for.

      I'm sorry but I feel this resolution is minute to the problems being addressed. Please show me on the due bill where this states just the catalic converters are the only thing being address. This was a agreement with a former finance manager at the moses lake mega autosales because he obviously knew how to keep his customers happy. If you look at the proof I have provided for you you it states the following. From the auto parts store the dealer took the car too you have the following codes to be addressed. Idle air control system higher then expected. This is still a issue to this date. Causing more wear and tare on engine. Bad fuel consumption. And higher fuel toxins. Insufficient coolant temp for stable operation.

      Coolant thermostat , catalysts  system. Park neutral switch input circuit. The recommended throttle cleaning was done by Wenatchee mega auto sales but nothing changed. They cleared the codes and attempted to send me on my way. The shop damaged my car in the process of it being in there possession and is failing to take any responsibility about this car and its problems.

I turned those Two into liars. Out of 3 months, 3 payments, 3 insurance payments. I have had the car in my possession for 17 days. 17 days. This vehicle was scanned by the company itself. And we are just touching the surface on what's going to be repaired or replaced by mega autosales. Including the damage to my vehicle when in Wenatchee mega autosales possession.  Which was brought up to ******* and nothing came of It. This company has only tried cleaning the throttle body of my vehicle and was unable

      So today is October 18th 2023, I was scheduled to have my catalytic converter replaced today by mega auto sales. I messaged mega auto sales and inform them of when I would be arriving. I was Informed they would forward the message to I'm guessing the mechanics shop at mega auto sales. I arrived ontime. I sat in the waiting room after giving up my keys to the person in charge of making sure repairs were to be done. I decided to go ahead and take pictures of my old catalytic  converter to compare to the new one they were suppose to replace in the parking lot of mega autosales. I was informed there staff was short for the day. Couldn't guarantee they could get it done today. No offer of rental or anything. I was informed they called  a local shop to have the work done. They called ******************* service **** In Wenatchee. And told me they were going to do the work Instead and mega auto sales of wenatchee would cover the bill

       I was given directions to the shop I was referred to. Before I left mega autosales I asked ******** the person in charge of getting the repairs done if I was going to be paid for my fuel this time being I had to drive 1 1/2 hrs from my residence to have the work done. And I was Informed no! I'm guessing they are feeling the heat and I don't care they have a responsibility to take care of my car until  I'm satisfied. So here I am at the shop. No part in hand. The shop had no idea I was coming. The shop had no idea who was paying until I told him the whe story about the car.  Mega auto sales called and asked them how much the labor would be as a quote and that was it. Nothing more was said. So now I'm waiting for mega autosales to bring the part they supposedly ordered here to have the catalytic converter replaced. This is just one of my issues with the car and until I no longer have any check engine lights on, on my new car. Mega autosales will be responsible. No if ands or butts. I sure hope this dealership has a good attorney. You'll need one by the time I get done. You took advantage of me. sold a lemon to the wrong guy!!!!! You don't and won't back your word or guarantee. You won't stand behind your customers. You seem not to care about the relationships you build with your customers it's just that all mighty dollar. 1 more car in. 1 more car out.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The business claims not to have received info from the warranty company. That is just not true. I had the warranty company reach out to MEGA multiple times as they not only received the warranty cancelation check, but also accepted/deposited back in January. 

      I did receive a call from mega saying they are waiting for for the gap insurance check to come in. I asked them how much that check would be and the replied "under $1000." To which I replied, "how much exactly?" It took me 1 question to figure out what they couldn't figure out in 5 months, I did not have gap insurance and they were waiting on an imaginary check before they were going to send out my actual check. 

      The car is almost paid off and no thanks to their negligent business practices I've had to pay more interest than necessary. I still do not have the check/money back from cancelation and they still have no signs of sending it out. I would like this actually solved and not just another phone call showing that they don't know anything.
