The owner ***** Tall me to drop it off Wednesday March 9th. 2 days came and went, 4 days came and went and on the 6th day I drove by and my vehicle was still parked in the very spot I had parked it. I messaged him and asked if it was going to get done, because if not my husband would do it himself. ***** said he'd have it done by Friday. Well that Friday March 18th (9 days comes and I go to pick it up and it's still in the same parking spot, not detailed. I call him and he says they were slammed and he would do it himself that Saturday. Monday March 22nd comes and I message him if its ready and he says "yup", so later that day I go to get it and it's still not detailed! The next day he calls me and says it's all done come get it. I get there (***** is not there) and my car is NOT DONE! I call him and then send him photos and he says he's mad at his staff and again says he'll personally detail it. Next day March 24th I message and ask if it's done and ***** replies that HE "has worked on it all day" (the vehicle was not filthy to begin with, it just needed fine tuning, so for him to say he worked on it all day was bs) He states it will for sure be done by noon and it will be "perfect". 4 days later I contact him again because I hadn't heard from him (at this point he has had my vehicle for 19 days!) and he says it's ready. I go down there for the 4th time (***** of course is not there) It is STILL NOT DETAILED! I message him and he says that's not possible because "I went over it myself" and tells me to bring it back. I go yo drive away and the vehicle smells sooooo bad! I then call him in front of his shop manager and tell him my carpets are soaking wet and moldy. They supposedly reclean them and I pick the vehicle up next. Not cleaned SMELLED HORID! 2 dealerships "d me that the pad and carpet need taken out and completely replaced because of black mold. Obviously I left him a poor review online online and he then filed a harassment suit against me
