      On 1/8/25 my wife and I signed a contract with Fox Roofing to replace our roof, 4 new skylines and fascia boards that were rotten. The roofing crew did a good quick job. The problem is on two skylines the seals have come out on one skyline and bulging out on another (see photos). We paid $39528 for this job and we want it fixed. On 5/7/25 I texted (their website says to text or call this number **************) Fox Roofing about our problem. On 5/12/25 I texted Price ****** (our Salesman at Fox Roofing **************) about our problem. On both texts I sent photos of the skyline and contract. As of 5/19/25 we have received no response from the Fox Roofing. We want the two skylines repaired.

      Fox Roofing never received a text message through our website.  All texts and call traffic is documented, recorded and responded to within 24 hours. Our web host went through every text and call on that day and unfortunately, that said text never came through our site.  Mr. ***** also texted his representative that is on  medical leave from  Fox Roofing and whom is out of the county having major surgery, and obviously not able to communicate.  Once this complaint was sent to our email, we responded and were out the next day to make the minor adjustments to the skylights.  There was no repair, only a minor adjustment to two seals that were only seen from inside the house not on the roof.  Which had they been noticed on the day or days after the install they would have been adjusted before we left the job site.  This roof was installed in February and this is the first time we have heard of this very small adjustment on the skylights. The skylights were adjusted this morning and a text was received from Mr. ***** that is was up to his liking.  He was also given our direct line and was asked to please use that phone number for any further communication.

      2/03/22 ***** down payment work started 100 squares roofing installed new gutters 5 skylights roof not laying down right, skylights leaking, gutters damaged by fox workers came out did some repairs promised to fix gutters address other fixes wont answer calls paid in full when completed job now I have leaks through out house

      The gutter damage was reported to us 1 year after the jib was completed.  We still went out and replaced the entire run of gutters.  The leaking that he speaks of was old damage from when his roof leaked before we installed.  Where he is claiming its leaking the pkywood was completely dry.  We went out and replaced one section of his roof 6 months ago and had not heard from him.  The day he called and said it was leaking we had an entire crew out there 3 hours later.  We have went above and beyond for this customer since.  day 1.  Why would he have paid for the roof at completion if the gutter looked like that.  Because it didn't.  Clearly, that happened long aftere were done installing but we still replaced it for him.  His son is very confrontational and actually was threatening our install crew and manager
