I ordered a Greek Pepperoni ******************** last night and when I got it home, it was on a regular, thick crust. I called the store on West ********* in *********, ** to let them know this evening. I expected that they would offer to give me the correct pizza as compensation. Instead, I got an extremely rude employee who refused to let me speak with a manager, nor would he tell me when a manager would be available. He said I should have asked for the thin crust. I told him that the pizza is on the Delite thin crust menu and should come with the thin crust. He argued with me. Then he put me on speaker phone and just kept telling me that he wasn't going to give me a free pizza. I told him it wasn't his decision to make. He was extremely rude and needs to learn a lot about customer service. I would like a coupon for a free pizza of my choice of any size. I attempted to contact Papa ******** corporate office, but there is no way to lodge a complaint with corporate. They have a live chat on their website, but no agents and could not help me understand when/if any agent would ever be available. So, I am filing my complaint here.Business response

8/15 biz ********* aprox 5 employees asembling pizzas & other duties, 1-2ft face to face w/patrons, EVERYONE IN CLOSE QUARTERS W/O MASKS orsocial distancng. When asked by customer to wear mask, EMPLOYEES SAID hadNO MASKS AVAILABLE to wear. Upon speaking w/owner, he advised us was NO LONGER a mask mandate for employees or customers & would NOT have workers/anyone in biz wear mask. We very politely offered mere feedback that perhaps employees should AT MINIMUM have masks AVAILABLE in case customers asked employee put one on. Owner took offense to suggestion & indicated he was NOT going to require employees to put mask on just cuz a customer asked them to. Owner is h*** bent on defying mask mandates & has NO interest or concern for public health/safety, despite affect on community. ****** review show 5mos earlier Owner w/SAME attitude. Hes dangerously misinforming ****************** about mandates, is total hazard, spreading misinfo & likely covid in community w/no masks in **************Business response

8/10/21, went to our favorite Papa ******** in ****** on 4th. Walked in with a mask, paid for my 2 pizzas. I saw a young man with a head of hair that was rediculous. I said where's your hair net? You need a hair net. He said jokingly, do we have hair nets? I said, no really, you should have a hair net. There were 2 you ladies and 2 young men. ********, the manager had left for the evening. No one was wearing a mask. They acted like I was joking. I did say, at least put it in a pony tail. Ignored by everyone. Fix this or we will go somewhere else. Thank youBusiness response
