              My roommate and I were charged a $1000.00 security deposit, on top of original deposit. All because RPM failed to send a confirmation request that we both ask for several times. We emailed, called( witch by the way Never once got an answer). Were told our Rep. was on vacation? Your telling me no other employee at RPM could not make the reference happen? One phone call, one email could have saved us the $1000.00 additional deposit. just the most unprofessional thing I have ever had happen to me in 62 yrs. Oh and by the way still have not heard a word from anyone at RPM. SAD

              I am giving this a 0 no stars at all! This company has been so difficult to work with. Especially ****************** has lied, and continued to lie about returning our deposit and when we tried to move we put her as a reference she said we were the worst renters ever and tried to give us a terrible review. We confronted her and she said oh this is not true and lied to us again. We went to the business to discuss our deposit refund and she was yelling as we could hear her through the window. Then the front desk lady just kept saying I can't do anything and shut the door mid conversation. All we wanted to do was talk and we were refused to even have a conversation we were being amicable and didn't even yell just trying to say hey we want to know what's going on. They blamed the mail on us not receiving the deposit. If she mailed it when she said she did we should have had it last Friday. We are not happy and it should have been just a conversation.
