    Scheduled services with having to provide a deposit of 10% of total quote. Appt was scheduled for 6/26, emailed company to cancel due to financial situation. Was informed that my deposit wasn't refundable and would be held in my account for credit towards future use. Why on earth would I want to use a company that steels money from hard working people who are trying to make ends meet. Cancelation was within more than enough time. In addition, I spoke to them multiple times on the phone and there was no mention or transparency on their business practices.

    Ms. ******* scheduled a service with us and provided a 10% down deposit, which is clearly outlined in the signed agreement as non-refundable. This policy is standard in our industry and is in place to secure scheduling and allocate labor and resources accordingly.

    When Ms. ******* contacted us to cancel, we responded promptly and professionally, acknowledging her situation and confirming that the deposit would remain on her account as a credit, available for any future service. We also offered to apply the $70 deposit in full toward a ************************** (valued at $240), which would have been provided at no additional charge to her. Unfortunately, she declined the offer and responded with profanity and aggressive language. Despite this, we maintained a professional tone and made no attempt to escalate the situation.

    We never received any indication during phone conversations that she was unaware of the deposit terms, and all policies are stated clearly in writing. Transparency is a priority in our communication and documentation with every customer.

    We have made every reasonable effort to accommodate Ms. ******** including offering a service worth over three times the value of the deposit. We are simply following the terms of our agreement.

    Resolution:
    The $70 deposit remains non-refundable but is still available as a credit on her account with no expiration, should she choose to use it in the future.

    Below is the letter sent to NW Softwash on 3/22/2024. They did not finish and they did not perform the job as promised. I did not pay the total invoice and they sent it to a collection agency and after they received copy of my letter they have filed a derogatory complaint with the credit bureaus. I am again requesting they stop trying to collect payment and to remove the report on my credit.RE: Invoice #****, Service Date 4/14/2023 To whom it may concern,I am writing to demand you to cease and desist in your efforts to collect payment on your invoice #**** for service performed at ******************************************* on April 14 of 2023.The work performed was not completed as promised as significate debris and residue was not removed and was pointed out to your employees on the date of service. In addition, I sent you photos on April 20th, 2023, clearly showing that debris was not removed. Furthermore your employees, using high pressure water negligently tried to remove some of the obvious debris and caused water damage to the interior of my property. This property damage claim was resolved with your insurance company on February 23, 2024.

    *******, as salesmen with NW Softwash came to my home and gave me an estimate for a roof cleaning. He asked for $100 deposit of which I gave him on 5/30. He did not deduct this deposit from the invoice amount due, nor did he add in the tax amount after the deposit. He left me with a blank invoice pending a scheduling date to start the job. I didnt initial that my deposit wasnt refundable, and he didnt take the time to disclose to me that my deposit was non-refundable. If he had disclosed the non-refundable policy to me I would not have engaged with him.There should be a three day right to resend included in their Service Order or at least an area on the Service Order where the consumer has full disclosure of their non-refundable policy in order to avoid these misleading business practices. I feel absolutely misled by ******* and NW Softwash and am asking for them to return my deposit.

    I hired this company to clean my roof on my ********** and dog house as well as take care of my **** They showed up late for the job. They got to my house at 4:15 pm and told me they could not work past 5 pm. They rushed thru the cleaning of the roof in 45 minutes which should be a half day job. They then had to reschedule to come back to do the chemicals fir the ****.After they left I saw alot of **** still on my roof. I expressed my concerns. They told me it could take 3-6 months to go away. They never offered to come out to address my concerns a retreat the roof. I then hired puddles pressure washing to come out to clean my windows. He also does roof cleaning and **** control. I asked him to look at my roof to see if it was actually clean and why am I still seeing ****. He proceeded to tell me the roof was filthy and did not look like they had done anything and what the had used was not strong enough to kill the ****. He had to treat it for me. I had to pay him for this They also killed my grass in the surrounding areas. I showed them pictures, no apologies from them I went back to NW softwash to let them know I was very upset that they were sending me a bill for $1360 when they did nothing. I told them had someone inspect my roof who told me it was filthy. NW softwash never offered to come make it right. All they told me was they did their job and the roof was perfect and to pay their invoice.I told them I refused to pay their invoice when they did not do what they were hired to do. They were taking advantage of me and knew I would not get on my roof to see the horrible job they did They are threatening to send me to collections
