    I contacted snap correct and went through all of the things I needed to do in order to get clear aligners for straightening teeth from them I had several issues with the aligners not fitting, and would contact snap correct to let them know, they did send me out another setof their liners, however, those ended up not fitting either after the second set were put in. And then contacted snap again and they told me thatI needed to do another impression kit and send it back to them, which I did. That was back in May 2024, and have not been able to get a hold of anyone at snap correct sense. My teeth are still crooked, and I was paid in fullto them for a service that Never corrected my teeth, and theres nobody to contact because nobody answers the phone, or the emails regarding any concerns.

    I have been going back and forth with them since 2022 about my PAID for braces. They refuse to answer the phone when I call and have not returned my money on request. They received my impressions in 2023 and another set in 2024 after losing them. The last I heard they were in production in December 2024.

    In October 2018 I signed up for a treatment plan and opted for a payment plan. The total was $1899.00 I was required to use aftercare retainers as part of this treatment plan. The company snapcorrect stopped responding. I emailed multiple times, I called and left numerous voicemails. I reached out on social media. I made over 50 attempts to contact them And no responses whatsoever. When I attempt to login to look at my account, it is unavailable. As a result of not having retainers my teeth painfully shifted out of place. All of the time, pain and money I invested in straightening my teeth was lost. I spent $2000 with a new company to **** the whole treatment plan because of their failure to provide aftercare. I would like my $1899.00 back.

    I am a prior customer and we are supposed to be able to request replacement retainers. i have called so many times, tried chat several times, emailed and have received ZERO response in over 6 months. All communication has included my name and my phone number.

    I wore corrective aligners with this company for 18 months. Ive paid $1800 after that every three months I ordered a new set of retainers and everything was going fine up until December of last year. I paid $250 for three retainers and they never came. I have made several attempts to contact the company. I have sent hundreds of emails left hundreds of voicemails. No one will return my call or refund me for the aligners Now, my teeth have shifted and I have braces all over again because they would not ship my retainers that I paid for

    I got my teeth straightened through snap correct. I am now unable to order retainers and have been for months. My teeth have now shifted and I need to have my teeth re straightened due to the lack of communication and unavailability to ship new retainers out. This has effected my mental well being as my teeth are now crooked and I can not afford to get them re done. I need snap correct to refund me so I am able to get the proper services.

    I have been attempting to purchase new retainers from SnapCorrect via multiple calls, messages, emails, chats, etc. and received nothing in response. It clearly states on their website that lost/broken retainers can be ordered.

    Business is refusing to contact me. I have tried contacting them for months and they will not return my calls, emails or faxes regarding my aligners. I have been patient and understanding but nobody will contact me about this whatsoever. I need an adjustment on my retainer as my teeth have shifted and they were diligent in sending me replacements before but now won't respond to me whatsoever.

    I am an existing customer needing to order more retainers. I have called and left 3 voicemails in the last two plus weeks, tried to message through their chat, and sent a contact us message through the site. I have had no response from them whatsoever. Which from previous complaints seems like the unfortunate normal for Snapcorrect. Is this business really running? I cant afford my teeth shifting and want to know why we cant get through to, or get a response from Snapcorrect. What is happening over there?
