    I had my personal information accessed by their **** dealership. After trading in my car to their Kia *********** a few months later the Service Team Manager contacted me because their sister bought my car. They asked if I would give them my points so she could buy a cargo mat. Then in another email tried to sell me parts. The only way they could access my information was through an internal system. They grossly violated my privacy. After trying to resolve it with cooperate, they proceeded to blame me. This has been a long line of problems from this company: It started off with a bad tire, to them trying to extort my registration fee's. And continual contact after I requested them to stop and remove me from all marketing emails & calls.

    Bought a car and literally 24 hours after my purchase the check engine light came on. I took it to d*** ***** shop they did a "software" update. 2 weeks on the dot later the same exact problem and same code p2181. Now they won't fix it and are trying to get about a **** dollars from me now to fix what they said they already fixed. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS
