    On June 19, 2023, I called the owner, *****, of Autotude Mobile Repair. I made an appointment for **** to come to my home on June 28, 2023, to look at my truck. He told me it will cost $75 for him to diagnose my truck. After his diagnostic exam of my truck, I paid him $75 cash and he told me if that is not the problem, he will come back and do more testing. I did what he told me to do to verify what he claimed was the problem, but his diagnosis was wrong. I texted him on July 5, 2023, to let him know that I did what he said to do and the truck is still doing the same as before. I got no response from him so I texted him again on July 7, 2023. As of today, July 10, 2023, he has not responded back.

    I hired **** at Autotude Mobile Repair to come repair my car. A Master Cylinder for the brakes was ordered on 2/17/23. I paid $500.00 up front to **** for the part. The part took over two weeks to arrive. He came to install it on 3/2/23. After he had put it into the car all the brake lights were still on, the driver side window will not go up, and the car will not go into gear. He said he would return the next day. He did not show up to repair it. I have left numerous messages both voicemail and text. He is unresponsive to any of them. Now my car is completely broken. I am asking for reembursement for the cost of the part. I now have to tow my car to a repair shop. Thank you for your assistance.***************************
