    the Park Has rules, on keeping your yards up to par and free and clear of all debris, and garbage. During the fall, the park owned trees are a huge mess, and we are responsible to clean up our areas! there is a person, that is always given a free card and never has to clean up, and therefore her mess comes in my yard and I have to clean up on a daily basis, this time of year. I have asked management repeatedly, to have her clean up her yard, and it always goes ignored, from the resident if she is notified. One time and one time only did she have a little area in her front picked up, Other than that she has never picked up one thing in that yard or all the junk , laying in the carport/driveway. never has to be picked up. It is in the rules and a **************** Law...CW 59.20.140 Duties of tenant.It shall be the duty of the tenant to pay the rental amount at such times and in such amounts as provided for in the rental agreement or as otherwise provided by law and comply with all obligations imposed upon tenants by applicable provisions of all municipal, county, and state codes, statutes, ordinances, and regulations, and in addition the tenant shall:(1) Keep the mobile home lot which he or she occupies and uses as clean and sanitary as the conditions of the premises permit;(2) Properly dispose of all rubbish, garbage, and other organic or flammable waste, in a clean and sanitary manner at reasonable and regular intervals, and assume all costs of extermination and fumigation for infestation caused by the tenant on the tenant's leased premises;(3) Not intentionally or negligently destroy, deface, damage, impair, or remove any facilities, equipment, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, or appliances provided by the landlord, or permit any member of his or her family, invitee, or licensee, or any person acting under his or her control to do so;(4) Not permit a nuisance or common waste; and (5) Not engage in drug-related activities as defined in RCW 59.20.080

    The complaint against the neighbor has been resolved. The resident hired a person to clean up the leaves in her yard, unfortunately the winds have been extremely strong and until the leaves all fall from the trees this will be an issue. The resident has been dealing with medical needs, but is aware that she needs to have someone every week picking up her yard and she has scheduled that.

    I am rejecting this response because: Leaves are still piled on the side of her residence.She is not  the only one ill, or injured here , she has been told several times to pickup her yard and it has been ignored, in April it will be two years, I have cleaned up after her, and during that time, I have had 3 knee replacements, and still get out and clean what is required per park rules and **************** law, . To keep our places free and clear of debris and do not neglect the issue, to affect other neighbors..I also asked for an apology.. from manager! I personally helped two residents get there yards cleaned from neglect from her mess. this weekend .(that is being neighborly). You can see per picture. while she was out and about both Saturday and Sunday, but she is too ill, to help clean up? It has been one excuse after another... these dried leaves that have been neglected blow in everyone's yard, and we have to pick them up.....(per pictures of left leaves as of Thursday Nov.17 2022) They, have not been cleaned up to this date. 11/22/22
