My wife has gone in and spoke to employees to cancel the minor acct that we set up for our son. That was ***** she again went in again in sept spoke again with ******* same employee who helped her sign up to cancel again and ask for charges back was told manager would reach out to confirm acct was closed yet here we are in deceystill going back and forth now they say my wife has no access?? Its her signing the contracts and her card they claim because I went in to initial one piece months after he started that she cant do anything this is wrong to watch my wife be treated with dis respect as we dont go to gym neither does he and she followed all protocols they asked all we are asking is to refund our money owed should be since June when they charged us annual fees but we are on a month to month and have been since he started. We want our refund and will be reaching out to the bank to put out another stop payment of their reacting fees and dispute the charges again. How can a company hold our rights as parents and continue charging for a minor when we both have asked to cancel. Please help us how many other families are being screwed because they think they can do what they want
