  I was so pleased that our new roofing project was done in such a timely manner. We were told it would take 4 days. That is exactly what it required. They arrived everyday on time ready to work. There were no slackers, even though it was during our hottest days of this year. We are also pleased with the quality materials used. Our neighbors even commented on how nice it looks. Several of their homes will be needing roofs soon. Who knows, they might be in contact with *** soon too. We are confident that the new roofing project will last us the rest of our lives because of the quality and workmanship of the roof.

  They were so professional, took a lot of time to explain all the possible details with us and made us feel comfortable with our discussion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants an honest price and their work was superb. They were done in 3 days. You don't have to look any further for the best roofing company out there.

  ************** who came to the door to talk about the roof, were very nice & fun to talk to. They were very respectful & patient of my ******** They told us it would be a 2-3 day job for our roof. It was done in 1 ! The crew never knocked on the door. They just went about getting to work. The couple of guys that we did talk to were very nice & polite. They all worked very hard. ****** called to tell me that the guys found some damage from dry rot. They replaced all of that. I do wish that they could have been less heavy-footed. The roof looks great now!

  I want to be very clear about this review:The workers who came out and did the works were wonderful!!! They corrected mistakes made by the measuring people and initial sales person. The process starts with high pressure door to door sales. I probably wouldn't have done this at this time without the pressure. The measurement process was a mess. They quotes a window and then oops it was way more than the initial quote. SO then the pressure was to do another window I didn't need done. I accept that I have a problem saying no. After the deal was set then came this official measurement time. Then there was discrepancy with one of the windows being two... This window ended up coming and was not measured correctly AND the team there had to REMOVE the beam between the two windows. I know nothing about construction so I hope it doesn't hurt my house. The worker crew went and got supplies and figured out a way to "fit" the window. They called someone for approval and advice. The 4 hour window install took 8 hours. This caused me some scheduling conflicts. Having said ALL of this. The windows are in and they are beautiful!!! I am please with them! If the process had been more accurate it would have been better. But I am very pleased with the results.

  The people at High Performance Homes were extremely knowledgeable and upfront about everything by involved in my roof replacement. They kept me informed consistently about work schedules and changes to plans. There was also great follow up and easy to get ahold of someone if I had question. Would recommend and would do business with them again

  I left a 5-star review but was actually about their average - 4.67. They did an excellent job on the roofing so no issues there. My concerns were with the "business" end of their operations. Would have liked the ** to be a little more respectful of my time. I get that it's a business, but they should remember that I had a choice with whom to do business and sending me the same email three times in one day is pushing it. I didn't respond because I was away on business - I told them that before I left - and didn't have time or access to my personal email account. Could have left a text or voicemail instead. Then when my payment for extra work didn't go through on their end, she made it seem like it was my fault. I suggested processing it on my end and "ta da" no problem. As you can tell from my comments, ** needs a little more CS training or maybe that's how they do business as an organization which would cause me to take MY business elsewhere.

  We are very happy with our new shower! The gentleman that did the install was great! So quick and respectful. It was fun to design and pick out colors of the walls and tub, quantity and placement of shelving and style of fixtures.

  Communication was excellent. Workers were professional and efficient. Job was completed in a timely manner. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I could not ask for a better outcome. I love my siding. I picked out the **** ***** ***** and it looks amazing. People stop whenever I am outside and ask about it.This is my 2nd project with HPH. They put my roof on 2 years ago and I still receive compliments. Now with the siding, my house really stands out. My neighbors asked about the roof and HPH has put on 5 roofs on my street. Now they are asking about the siding. I can't wait to see my neighbors get their siding. I recommend *** all the time.

  This company is highly professional and a pleasure to work with. My old house is lathe and plaster and it was crumbling behind the tile work in the bathroom. It was hard work but the gentleman was diligent in getting in done in a timely manner and cleaning up all areas. I highly recommend this business.
