I had opened up an account with ********************** on 7/11/24 in hopes of having my credit score back up and saving some money since opening this account I have had $2500 in direct deposits and another 200 put into my deposit account from my personal checking account. Since this account has been opened I have noticed funds that were sent back to me from merchants were never credited to my account. Also after looking into my account I had noticed they had double charged me multiple times and repeated transactions that were not done by myself some of these transactions were on the same day same time Etc. and again repeatedly occurred over and over. I have made several complaints to them that they were charging me for even transactions they had even declined and no one has made any effort into rectifying any of these matters when trying to reach someone by phone I get a message that only states to leave a message and when finally someone responded they had frozen my deposit account and refused to have my funds transferred back to my account saying that I had owed them $.900 dollars I then stated how do I owe you guys anything you can see you guys charged me for transactions that were even declined since the beginning I expressed that they did not have the right to freeze my personal deposit account just because I started complaining. About a week and a half gone by and finally a person sent me a email but never spoke on the transactions or my account details just the fact that how they work and asked was there anything more. Also they had a statement on there website that states if you enable in smart save which starts with a portion of your checks get put into a savings deposit but yet that savings was never created by them. Only just the smart save which started at $500 every two weeks but they direct deposited $500 on 7/11 another $500 7/22/ 8/7) 8/12) 8/21 ) 9/4

Hello, I am disputing a "missed" payment on my account- Me and my wife both did an agreement on our loans to be auto payed for $***** on the 28th of each month from our joint checking account. My wifes payment went through and atlas said the other ***** for my account was rejected by bank (due to duplicate request) bank says they see no second transaction for this, however, atlas says it was rejected. I am assuming the bank thought this was an error from atlas being same amount, date and company- this was NOT our fault and due to this we are being told this will report on my credit as a missed payment, i do NOT agree with this Funds were available and this is an error NOT of ours and error somewhere else because I held up my end of agreement if the bank rejected due to thinking it was a duplicate error from atlas I should not be penalized for this. I am also being told now I cant go back to my original agreement- i do NOT agree with this either. I offered to make the payment with another account to prevent further duplicate errors but told It still don't change anything. this is not fair at all to me - My bank declining has nothing to do with me not holding up my promise to pay , funds were there, they must of thought it was a duplicate from atlas- this is NOT my fault, please fix this!!!

Harassment over a debt that doesnt exist and using gangster methods to collect something that shouldnt exist. Representing a shady loan company. This is an organized crime ring not a real collection agency. Leave me alone or have a lawsuit filed against you

This was from quite a while ago but was especially heinous and at the time i was not familiar with bbb. Around 10 years ago while i was living in ********* **. It was as i recall a debt from a hospital that was in itself i felt rather negligent in its care of me. So the debt was bought by Atlas and then fees piled on and eventually a court date where it gets worse. I was given a court date and when i appeared in court i found out i was given the wrong date so they gave me a new one. Looking at my 2 bank accounts after this i found out they had been given access to a bank account of mine which luckily only had a few dollars in it and they took out 10$ which was all they could get. The letter from the court said i needed to sent a letter to the complainant and the judge which i did. Anyway when i got ot court the judge asked atlas if i had sent a signed affidavit to them. They said no only a letter. The judge said some things i didn't understand which meant i lost on a technicality. First off from watching television it seems to me that was double jeopardy because after they actioned a lien on my account which did they little good they proceeded to try again hoping i wouldn't know the difference. Then the judge rules against me on a technicality. My guess is some courts purposely ask for letters so the unlearned will not send a signed affidavit which is what they mean. *********************************************************** is the address of the civil court where i went. It seems to me the courts get a lot of business and fees from collection agencies and whenever they can to return the favor they rule in their favor to keep the ball rolling.

Atlas financial services got a court order for me to pay them a debt with a huge amount of interest that was generated over time when they failed to contact me to let me know I even had a debt. They say they looked my info up at the dmv but I don't have a license and don't bother changing my address with them. However, they WERE able to contact me immediately after getting the order. They deliberately let the interest accrue before reasonably contacting me.

On October 13, 2021, a formal notification regarding his outstanding debt was dispatched to ******************. In October 2022, we successfully identified Mr. ******** place of employment, which facilitated the ongoing collection efforts on the judgment. These efforts continued effectively until most the judgment was fully satisfied. ****************** then later satisfied the judgement account on his own.

Please be assured that our agency is committed to compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations. We rigorously adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Consumer Financial ***************** (CFPB), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Atlas Financial Services filed for a default judgement on a case beyond statute of limitations. I was not contacted regarding the request to collect the debt, I was not verified that the debt was mine, and the debtor filed judgement in 3/2022 and I am just now receiving notice through my employer that I will be garnished as of 4.10.2023. The judgement was not signed by a judge and the case clearly listed "closed" in 2011 through Multnomah County Court.

A judgment was awarded on 03/30/2012. In ******, the statute of limitations is 10 years, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 10 years. We filed to extend the judgment on 01/18/2022, and the court granted the extension. The customer is invited to contact our office with any questions or contact the courts for verification.

My lawyers and I have been trying to contact the company to negotiate a debt settlement. The last contact with them is in April and no other contact since. This is affecting my home buying abilities as well as other purchases. I've tried to contact the company on my own and they have not answered their listed number during normal business hours.

Atlas Financial Services is a third party collection agency. We were assigned an account from our client ******************************** on 2/16/2017. On 01/10/22 we received notification from Gitmeid law office that they are representing ******************* and faxed us over their power of attorney. We spoke to ****************** on 1/12 & 1/13 and they made a request to settle the account for a lesser amount in payments. We reached out to our client but they denied the request to settle for a lesser amount in payments.  We called the attorney's office to advise 1/20, 1/24 and on 1/27 we spoke to the office to advise client will not accept settlement in payments, they asked us to see if they would take the reduced amount in a lump sum to which our client provided us with a counter offer they would accept to settle the account. We called the attorney's office again on 2/2,  2/7, 2/10, 2/15, 2/19, 2/22, 2/25, 3/1, 3/7. On 3/29 we received a voice mail from the attorneys office and returned the call same day but also had to leave a voice message for a return call.  On 4/7 we received a call from the attorney office where we were advised that they would reach out to ******************* to see if something could be done to accept the clients counter offer and get back to us. We called the attorneys office on 5/11 with no response. On 7/11 we received an email from ******************* requesting contact so we reached out to the attorney's office again on 7/11 with no response. I hope we can help ******************* in resolving this matter. She is welcome to contact our office or have her attorney reach out to us again at ***********************.

I received a notice of collection from Atlas Financial Services regarding a disputed parking ticket from ******** ****** involving ***********************. I filed a dispute with *********************** and the **************** as outlined in the initial request for payment regarding the ticket. It has now been over 2 months with repeated requests from both Pacific audit and the **************** (ticket date was 4/14/2022. Today i received a letter from Atlas Financial Services stating I owe them ***** dollars, the initial letter from ************* stated the **** amount due is *****. I outlined to the person i spoke to at Atlas that the issue was in dispute with their client and the ****************, and tht I would like to dispute the claim. I also asked that the issue be dropped since ************* and the **************** never responded to the original dispute. The agent said they could not do this, so I asked for her manager or legal counsel, which she declined. i then asked for the name of the company owner so I could take the issue up with the owner, again she declined. I also asked that I get in writing that I have disputed the claim, and that I do not want any issues around their letter and request for payment negatively impacting my credit score, she stated it would not, but that I could get nothing win writing. There was no attempt on her side to mitigate or resolve the issue, only to state that I can dispute the claim and the claim remains open until such date it is closed. This is very frustrating when you get a letter from a debt collector claiming you owe a company money, the company they represent does not respond to your dispute, so how can there be a clam for monies owed. When you try to resolve by speaking to someone in the company who can make a decision, there is no information provided.

Atlas Financial Services is a third party collection agency and it seems the dispute is with ***********************. We have cancelled this account back to the original creditor so it can be resolved between the two parties.  This accounts was never furnished to the credit bureaus so there should be no negative impact. Please direct any further communication to ***********************.
