            I had been advised during some regular maintenance 5 months ago that my front brake pads may be needing replacement soon. Although there have been no issues I thought I would replace them.A local repair shop was advertising $99 for pad replacement (a very good price). I took it in on 4/5/24 along with the coupon for the work. After they did their inspection the young man said we're not sure what happened but your front caliper froze up. We can replace it and do all the required work and the total will run about $1,000. I elected to get another opinion. Again no break issues while driving to the 2nd shop. I explained what the other shop had noted and they said they could take a look on 4/11.. On 4/11 It took them no time to report that there was no problem with the caliper and that they would do the job for $300. I had them do it and paid in full.There is no question, their questionable business practices cost me an additional $200,

            I took my truck here and got a lot of work done. When I went to pick my truck up after 10 days both front seats were damaged. It was really upsetting. I called the corporate office and spoke to a woman who honestly should never be the voice of her company she called me a liar and said my seats were damaged already. I had to absorb the cost of seat repairs to the tune of 500 bucks. This company lacks integrity, they are unethical terrible people. I would never allow them to come near my vehicles again. I would caution others take images of your vehicle before you leave it or you may fall victim to this collective group of ignorant and unethical people.
