  Very poor communication about what if anything was the tech doing to fix dishwasher. Claimed later that he told me he was going back to shop to price out parts and was waiting on my call to tell him machine was not working again. He never told me any such thing. Called them 6 days later to tell not working. Returned my call 5 hrs later and wanted to charge me large amount of money to install a $40 part that would take 15 minutes to install. Very poor service and follow thru. High priced.

  I called this company to repair a washing machine that was showing an error code. Two technicians came out in a sedan and took the machine apart. The code indicated a bad pressure switch, but they told me the switch was not the problem. Once the machine was completely apart, they said that it would need new shocks to fix the problem. The cost for evaluating the problem was $300 and it would be another $240 to fix it. I told them to put the machine back together. They did so and I paid the $300 by check. This price was not established before they started. I wrote a review of the company with my complaints, and the office manager called me shortly thereafter. She offered to have the technicians return and repair the machine for the cost of parts only. I asked what parts, and she said shocks. I told her I did not want them coming back to work on my machine. She offered to return half my $300 if I would delete my review. I agreed. The two technicians came the next day with cash, saying that they had to verify that I deleted the review before they could pay me. I deleted the review and they paid me. I had another repair technician come out. He verified that the pressure switch was the problem and repaired it.I would discourage anyone from using this appliance repair business.
