              My husband ordered teriyaki from them through their online website when he went in to pick up the order the lady told him that they do not know how to receive orders from their online website and had him put in a new order and pay for it. She also mentioned something to the **** about how this keeps happening. While he was waiting there he looked at his bank account to see that he had been charged from both the website and from the store. When he brought this to their attention they told him that he would have to take care of it on his end and talk to his bank about canceling the order. When I heard about this I went down and talked to them and demanded a refund on the card that they charged us in the store in which I was told they were not able to refund cards I explained to them that I know exactly how their debit card machine works and that they can refund and they refuse to do so they kept telling me I would have to take care of it on my end. So now we have been charged twice.
