At Your Service Plumbing is the best in the Northwest. Their staff are clearly professionals and their only intent is to pursue providing the best service, advice and assistance to their customers. ***** and **** just left, after a two day job to repair a leak under my kitchen sink (in the crawl space), and run a new waterline out to the street. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I got. ***** explained every step along the way, and often asked if I had questions. He was very professional, as was ****, and seemed genuinely concerned that I get the best job for my buck! They were on time and did a great job cleaning up after. This is my first time using a licensed plumber, and I couldnt be happier with this company. I will refer them to neighbors and family, and know I can confidently call them if I have any issues in the future. Good job ***** and ****!

I am very disappointed with the At your service plumbing. I don't think they are worth the rating provided. I completely felt honey trapped with them. I needed to get my dishwasher installed. I purchased the dishwasher from ****** and I wanted to get it installed. ****** could not install as they found issues with two way valve. ****** came three times and did not want to fix it.I started looking for plumbing service that could install the dishwasher. My property manager recommended At your service plumbing. I called them to schedule the visit. I asked them several time what would be the cost of installation. They didn't say anything stating that only plumber can tell me this. This where I should have known that they are going to rip me off.On the day of the visit the plumber comes and tells me that just the installation of the dishwasher (uninstalling the existing one and installing the new one) would cost $1024. That is very expensive. This did not include the replacement of the valve. The replacement of the valve had the additional charge of $924 which makes it a total of $1024 + $924 +$59 (visiting charges).The plumber even mentioned that the price for installation (again just uninstalling and installing) is fixed. Then my question is why didn't they tell me this earlier. This was a fixed price. Everything else such as fixing any leaks you will only get to know at on sight. But I would have said "NO" and would not have wasted my time for this.My property manager was also upset and said this is outrageous pricing. Neither me or nor them will work with them in future.

We do appreciate your update to your ****** and Yelp reviews.  I am sorry you have missed this one. To address your continued concern please allow me to explain our client care representatives do not have access to our Straight Forward Price Guide.  However,even if they did there would be no way for them to know what the investment for the service you are requesting would be because there are too many factors involved.  I believe you would agree that being quoted one thing and then finding out there was more involved and receiving a higher quote from the plumber could be considered deceitful for the purpose of booking a call.  Only the plumber who has been trained is qualified to determine the investment amount. 

I would also like to remind you all options quoted by the plumber were presented for your approval.  I believe the plumber suggested you have him replace the shut off valve and then hire the handyman to install the dishwasher since you had expressed it was less money.  While you were quoted $1024 to install the dishwasher because he was already working under the sink he discounted the investment by $418.  With the additional refund of $619 you actually only paid $87 to have a certified plumber install your dishwasher and to dispose of the old one.  We provided you with the additional refund in support of our 100% client satisfaction guarantee this one time.  With the choices homeowners have, we understand we are not always the best fit for everyone, however we encourage all to be sure they are working with registered contractors who maintain an active workers compensation account and employ certified plumbers.

My shower drain pipe leak through the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. I call At your Service plumbing. The person on the phone was very professional and set up appointment for a plumber the next day. The plumber ******* fix my shower pipe leak. He show up on time and was very professional and polite. I'm happy to know a good plumber for future leaks. I recommend At your Service plumbing.
