    December 9, 2024 services were rendering to have dental work done. Provider over estimates insurance payment and collects payment prior to service leaving the costumer and insurance overpaying provider. The provider has made so such actions to reconcile their overcharges unless requested.

    Patient does have a credit on account of $97.20. Patient has never called and requested refund. Patient still has treatment to do and accounting usally checks if there is still outstanding treatment to apply to pt future co-pay. We do estimate the best we can. Most patients call the office and request a refund this patient has not tried to do this. Insteads files a complaint with you. I have proscesed the refund and should be back to patient within two weeks. I feel this is not a justified complaint when the patient has made no attempt to comunicate with us. Thank you for your time. ********* office supervisor.
